The hotel has something of an 'old world' charm. We appreciated very secure parking for our bicycles and early check-in. One of the young waiters in the restaurant was particularly helpful, with excellent English. The reception staff helped us make a phone call to another hotel for future bookings.The breakfast was fine - nothing special. The room was comfortable and quiet and clean.

Older hotel a short taxi ride from station. No aircon but windows open wide. Fridge in room. Excellent helpful receptionist. Comfortable and excellent value.

A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect.

Large, clean room. Nicely designed hotel interior. Amazing stay, much nicer than some more expensive hotels even.

Shower hose was broken.

It was really good for the price you pay. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was really friendly.

There are no unused plugs in the room so you have to unplug something so to charge a device.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Rooms need update, but theft are good size and the sheets were clean. It's a 3 star hotel, i think it's a decent value for the money.

Good: Good location, easy to find, spacious room, breakfast OK, good speed of WiFi, pleasant decor in public areas, kettle in the room, warm room on arrival, comfy bed. Bad: no teabags or condiments in room, just 1 tiny sachet of instant coffee, towels on bed (what's the point?), tiny flat screen which can't be rotated, shower rail not working and shower hose really short makes you duck when you wash your hair. And person playing piano at midnight should take a few more lessons...

Showed up at night ready to check in and go to bed, except night manager at reception never heard of orbitz. Had to go out in parking lot and make an expensive call to orbitz so they could call her and get me my room. No explanation from hotel manager or orbitz?

Rummet hade en heltäckningsmatta som såg ut och luktade som om den inte blivit rengjord sen 70-talet. Princip obefintligt vattentryck i dushen och frukosten var under all kritik. Stökiga gäster festade i korridorerna och jag som kvinna kände mig inte trygg att gå till mitt rum ensam utan min partner. Vi åkte hem efter en natt trots att vi betalat för hela helgen. Enda plusset var att tjejen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och förstående när vi checkade ut och undrade om hon kunde göra något för oss.

I had huge room with bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear were visible, but nothing major. Breakfast was average.

Las instalaciones son antiguas y carecen de un adecuado aislamiento sonoro. A las 4:00 a. m., me despertaron los golpes de un martillo provenientes de una habitación en el piso superior. Además, una vez comienza el servicio de desayuno, el ruido es tan intenso que resulta imposible descansar.

Tento hotel jsme vybírali kvůli jeho poloze, co nejblíže k akci na Kmochově ostrově. Z vlaku tam dojdete pěšky asi za půl hodinky, na ostrov je to rychlou chůzí tak 10 min. Pokoje velké, na přespání ok, jen příliš vysoké polštáře, koupelna v levném stylu, ale dobré. Snídaně hrozná, pečivo staré, žádný výběr, nic sladkého, káva ve velké konvici, nebylo ani máslo, jen margarín. Na tom by se dalo ještě hodně vylepšovat, jinak to celkem šlo. Chválím velmi milý personál.
