The room was clean, staff were attentive and professional and the food was both cheap and tasty.

So far so good, quick check-in, clean room, clean bathroom, very spacious room, greater than the price paid, very well worth it, clean pool.

I am a frequent guest for this hotel. But this time I am not satisfied since that I have to request for the toiletries set that normally they put in the bathroom. I called the receptionists and I was told that it was a new policy of the hotel not to put any toiletries in the bathroom unless requested by the guest. Please lah, you are 4 star hotel and don't do this to your guest. Reason looks silly.

The room was very comfortable and the service from the hotel staff was very friendly.

Curtains in the room was not hooked properly and needed to be washed or changed. Cleanliness in the toilet needed improvement terribly. The seat was very unbearably dirty and loose. Bath tub was rusty and should seriously look into it.

Very near to Toll exit. It is good when u're so exhausted after a very long journey

The hotel is located in the middle of the week. Very helpful for easy dining, camping, sports (next to bowling center).
