We recently stayed at Hotel Milton Parc. The loft itself is beautifully designed and has great potential; however, our experience was somewhat marred by a few issues. The loft was quite dusty, which affected our comfort during the stay. Additionally, one of the TV's did not work, which was disappointing. The neighborhood felt a bit rough around the edges, which made us a little uncomfortable when walking around. While the hotel has many positive qualities, these factors impacted our overall experience.

The unit was clean and well-equipped. Linens were clean and bright and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The property is in a good location for easy access to downtown, Old Montreal, McGill Campus, Mile End and the Plateau. There were some un-housed people gathering and/or sleeping in the block close to the property but they never impeded access or made it feel unsafe.

Nice clean suite with bustling coffee shop on lower level. Streetscape and local neighbourhood is a bit less refined than nearby areas but the suite itself is nice.

While the hotel was spacious and beds comfortable, the sty itself was less than ideal. The hotel was less than clean - footprints on the coffee table, sticky surfaces, burnt curtains, and food and ants on the floor at the entrance. There wasn't any noise from the other guests, but there were many unhoused people in the surrounding streets, and it was quite housy from that. I would stay here again, only if I could be guaranteed that the cleaning regimen had changed.

The area consisted of a lot of underhoused people and people under heavy influence but the loft itself and walkability were amazing. All food options were amazing!

Nice and clean, the enterance and the are is a little sketchy

Beautiful property, but not sound proof. Could hear the neighbors music and partying up until the late hours of night. Could also hear noise from street down below. The decor of unit, however, was impressive.

Beautiful and cozy and close to everything

We had high expectations for Hotel Milton-Parc, but our stay was extremely underwhelming. While the space was nicely decorated and had a modern interior, the cleanliness was far below standard. Almost every surface felt sticky, and the lack of proper cleaning was very noticeable. The bedsheets had visible red and black particles on them, and we were forced to sleep on top of the blanket, using our jackets to cover ourselves due to how unsanitary it felt. The toilet seat was barely attached, and the floors were so sticky and dirty that our socks turned black by the end of our stay. We were especially disappointed as we had come to Montreal to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly recommend exploring other options.

Amazing location, amazing hosts, and the unit is a very spacious luxurious loft to be honest. It’s quite astonishing..

The apartment is beautiful and clean. Leather on chairs and sofa is worn, but clean and comfortable. We were given early check in, which was helpful. The area did not feel safe, many homeless. Mostly an issue because we had to walk through a number of homeless, seemingly impaired begging people to get to closest indoor parking. The elevator wasn’t working. They communicated this to us just before we got there so at least we knew it. If your elevator is not working, I suggest you clean the garbage from the stairwell. It was stinky and didn’t exactly make a good impression (especially after we parked offsite, dragged bags along a snowy sidewalk through numerous homeless, then we were lugging bags through stairwell with garbage on landing). Finally, neighbours slamming hallwall doors woke us at night (seems like sound only carried via the front door, otherwise didn’t hear anything from anyone else).

I recently stayed at Milton-Parc and had quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms are absolutely beautiful on the inside, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. However, the exterior of the property leaves much to be desired. The area surrounding the hotel is concerning, with many homeless people and individuals who made me feel uneasy. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by an old, dirty couch that looked quite uninviting, and the smell inside the entrance was unpleasant. These factors significantly detracted from the overall experience. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the hotel could greatly benefit from improving the exterior and entrance areas to create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests.
