Room was very nice. Pool and sauna were good. Restaurant was excellent.

Spotless rooms, helpful staff, an amazing bakery, a pool with a view, and a great shower. What more could you ask for? Oh, how about an absolutely gorgeous adaptive reuse of an historic building? That too. Will absolutely stay there again.

Was very happy with my stay, the room very clean staff so friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

New facility, friendly staff, good location. Very noisy from outside street. Very loud room next door, could listen to conversations from guests on the next room, paper this walls, did not supply enough complimentary drinking water.

Excellent, you can walk out to the square. Rooms decor and shower plumbing needs some work.

Loved the hotel. But discovered that the exits have wrought iron gates that are locked at night. When I inquired about exits in case of fire they said they would have to unlock the gates. I believed this was entirely dangerous situation.

Feels very much safe around the area. Gret area to walk around and shop. Huge shopping districts that continue on. Property is great, clean staff is very polite rooms are spacious. Staff is very helpful. Tour buses around the block.

Beautiful hotel close to all the amenities that PUEBLA has to offer.Close to many great restaurants and shopping.

The room was fine, nice. The staff excellent. The rooftop pool needs repairs. The door to the bathroom near the pool is hard to open, the two doors are not aligned properly (we already mentioned to the staff on prior visit). No soap in the bathroom. The furniture on the sundeck is falling apart.

The property is excellent in general. Previously I mostly stayed in the entry level suites which are excellent. This time however I made a mistake to book the presidential suite and it was a disaster. The space is amazing and artistic, with multiple windows, decorated by antiques and modern art. However the plumbing in the main bathroom did not work. When I book expensive suites I mostly look forward to the posh bathrooms, these I consider sanctuaries, but not this time.

The staff aleads attentive. Miguel at front desk always asking if everything was okay. He was able to accommodate my needs due to my chemical allergies thus my stay was very pleasant without any issues. Hotel is walking distance to the centro and there are many options for shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience. Charming renovated historic building. Our room faced the street and their bakery was below us. We were waken to the smell of freshly baked croissants. The staff Daniel and Oswald could not be more polite and attentive. Fabulous breakfast of delicious Mexican dishes like chilaquiles and enchiladas. Breakfast was included. The room was ample. Large window opened to the street. Centrally located. Walking distance to the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. No need for a car. Highly recommend restaurants Cabarrocas and Mural de los Poblanos. Both restaurants are two blocks away. I don’t recommend Casa del Mendrugo restaurante. Very disappointing. Not at all like the other restaurants that I mentioned. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a romantic experience in a charming place

The place is full of beautiful art! In the middle of everything easy to walk to restaurants or churches or shopping.
