The elevator was broken down for 8 days the food was terrible and the property was too far from any convenience store

Apartment was as seen in the pictures. Large king size comfy bed, kitchenette, seating area, and out door balcony. Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room. Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water. The shower/toilet area is extremely small and tight. The cleaning is very surface and I had to sweep the floor upon arrival as the floor was covered with hair, sand, dirt. There was no soap left to clean the dishes so unable to use as they felt greasy. However, I would recommend this place as water pressure issues is expected in Mexico and the cleaning issues can be resolved easily.

Great property snd great contact person. The beach is narrow here and minimal restaurants in walking distance

The condo that they gave us when we got there was horrible, not 2 queen beds. Only one queen bed, one half sofa and one roller bed. They lied to us especially Julia and she was really rude. I will never pick this place again!

It was convenient.

This is not a hotel, also other guests had the same confusion I did thinking it was a hotel, the air conditioner was not working and they do nothing about it, the elevator was not working and no one could help with the suits. Finding the room was almost impossible by my own I needed a video call with the host. Also people in the pool were swimming with clothes (t-shirt and short). No water neither coke or coffee in the room. The best thing was that the person who contacted me was available when I need it, so that allows me to find the room. The place was dirty and I o have photos to prove it.

We really had a bad experience. Please be aware, the pictures are not the room they offer. Don't let yourself be fooled.

Everything was like I expected . The bed was too small. But besides that . I was very happy with everything

room in need of tlc... overall room is satisfactory.. great view... fridge wasnt working.. broken door handle on slider doir.. sheets on bed slide off.. so you end up on mattress... room servuce once a week..aside from view .. i would give the room 2.5 stars

The lady who rented this was nice to us. The hotel was rundown. We didn’t have towels, bed was very old and hard, dirty, no linens for hardly a thing. No outdoor setting. As stated, the renter was nice to my mother-in-law, the place was just very old. The rest of the hotel was separate so we were not helped for any reason at the front desk. Had to purchase our own towels, pretty much anything you’d typically see in any 1-star hotel.

Just stay away. I was only there a few hours and walked away from the 3 days i paid upfront. The room smelled bad. Tried to shower no hot water no ac. The staff wanted nothing to do with me when i was tring to find my room. The location is fabulous they should tear it down and rebuild.

When we for there then electricity was out and it was very hot. Only one choice for food and it was a buffet.

The extra fees going up to 100 dll. The bed was hard as a 4ock. The rail in the balcony crumbling Dow. No elevators we were in a 5th floor

Non working refrigerator-we had to defrost the freezer when we got there -??!! Floors not swept. Horrible nights sleep - new mattress is desperately needed - could feel the springs. No dish soap, no kitchen towels. No internet! Patio doors are broken and do not lock. No in room safe - !!?? Had to take our passports, camera, computer etc. to beach.

The price compared to the hotel was a terrible surprise, very bad conditions Vrs a very high price. To that, add that the web hotels.com bring me a price and then they add a taxes. No other websites make that, so at the end I pay a lot of for the hotel.

The location was AMAZING. We had ants in our room and the AC didn't work but we never spent time in our room anyways. Walking distance to the beach was important to us and we enjoyed our stay regardless. The room was large, well furnished and had a balcony. Also had a fridge/freezer! Huge bonus.

We rented a condo with an ocean view. We disliked the onsite restraunt , breakfast for two $36 so we went to the resort next door & bought tortas & coffee for $12.

Terrible customer service. It took them forever to get resolve a simple issue and, at the end, I wasn't happy with the outcome.

The hotel rooms are nowhere close to what is shared on Expedia. The room was extremely dirty, the curtains were torn, the electric switches were broken to the extent where you could see naked wires, rendering the place completely unsafe. There was no hotel staff to support us. I had booked the place for 4 nights but checked out after one night despite the fact that I had paid in advance. This hotel should be blacklisted from Expedia. Would strongly recommend that everyone stays away from this place. I had paid extra to get a view of the ocean. However, there was no ocean view - just a sliver of the ocean through a side window.
