Nice to stay a night

Todo el personal, desde la recepción, limpieza, y los del restaurante super lindas personas. 100% recomendado. Sera mi lugar de preferencia.

For the time we stayed there service was pretty good. Got to check in within a few minutes and room was super clean. The downside is that there is no elevators to go up to second floor and stairs are too narrow.

Hotel staff from minutes after we checked in and reported the bathroom had a water leak leaking all over the bathroom floor. Apparently they were aware of. It is no big deal and they refused to send maintenance to fix the leak. We had to continuously asked for towels to soak up the water ourselves, so we would not slip and fall in the bathroom they do not have laundry service available only for themselves and they do not offer parking. You have to park on the street. They do not have bar hotel or food with the exception there is a bar café at an adjacent building next-door ?

Camas y cameras sucias, las puertas muy frajiles, ruido constante toda la noche, nos quedamos una noche y asi como llegamos de desvelados y cansados nos fuimos, no lo recomiendo.y

the hotel room doors and windows are not secure, need improve the hotel installations

Reservamos con meses de anticipacion y el dia de nuestro Check in, emvian un aviso que estaba cancelada nuestra reservacion

El hotel en general esta bien, pero no tiene estacionamiento, se encuentra en una avenida principal la cual tiene mucho ruido y el desayuno gratis que esta anunciado a la hora de reservar ya no lo incluyen desde el 2019.

Stayed in Room 6 (aka Ejecutivo King Room because it has a desk and mini fridge). Close to the main boulevard so super noisy traffic all night because of the single pane windows. Extremely low water pressure but water was warm. The door lock left something to be desired becuase there's no additional chain lock or deadbolt lock. If someone wanted to break in a slight shoulder nudge would do it and they'd be in. Bed was firm but comfortable. Parking in the garage isn't difficult only if it's after hours. After 9PM one must alert the front desk and then they open the garage door that is located in the alley behind the hotel. Would I stay again, perhaps and only because there are limited options in that town.

Excellent service. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was in great condition and very clean. All travel essentials were provided as well. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was good but there was a smell coming from the bathroom that would not go away. Other than that everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stayed. Great and friendly staff. The housekeeping ladies were amazing. I was traveling with my two children, a 7 yr old boy and a 3 month old baby girl, and when the baby fell back to sleep I thought that we wouldn’t be able to make it to breakfast, but the amazing ladies from housekeeping helped me get breakfast, one of the ladies took my order and brought our food to the room. That was such a nice gesture from her. I truly appreciate the level of customer service after not being back to Guamuchil in 21 years. Also, breakfast was truly delicious and authentic. Amazing cook that you have at Hotel Flores. Muchísimas gracias por todas las atenciones.
