Hotel and rooms are clean, overall hotel is nice… the only thing is a cheap feel to finish and furniture. room furniture looks good on pictures but feels dated and somewhat uncomfortable. Smell in hotel is very nice with scent diffuser.

Bed was very hard.but otherwise love everything about this place

Upscale and very up to date.

The entertainment system (TV) was not cooperative. There was no Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV. Was not even able to cast/mirror content from my phone/ipad. They have to change tvs and update their system.

The bed was hard as a rock.

The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Great hotel in quiet area not far drive from downtown Montreal. Lots of places to eat nearby.

room service takes forever and is not daily.

It was my 1st time being here, and it won't be my last.

We loved it. The staff was great. And the rooms were nice and clean. I would stay there again in my future travels.

Very soothing atmosphere. I like the smell of the hotel. Lobby is amazing. Friendly staff.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The room did not have the typical conveniences such as a microwave or even a digital clock. The coffee maker was broken and the mini fridge did not get very cold. We were told that house keeping would come every other day, but during our 4 day stay they did not come at all. So no clean towel, no new toiletries etc. The area the hotel is located in did not have much to do around it - which was fine for us, as we pretty much just travelled to Montreal daily and only relaxed at the hotel in the late evenings and slept there. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed that.
