Lovely staff, clean room and great location

Room was not in good condition, in need of a deep clean and lots of maintenance. Staff we helpful and friendly, view and location was amazing.

Remote area. Staff was friendly. Room was just ok, not great but not bad.

Staff were excellent very courteous and professional. Rooms were not cleaned properly, there was sand in the bed. The shower was tepid and slow and there was also mould on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel was very good with dogs. Especially during meal times

Lovely clean rooms, with good parking facilities and perfect location with the beach less a minute away. The staff at the hotel could not do enough to make the stay extra special and homely. Particular shout out to John who accommodated all types of requests at breakfast. Thank you!

The room was clean, but the bathroom drain was clogged; the water wouldn't drain properly, it was difficult to get out, it was completely flooded, and the water drained very slowly. We had to interrupt our shower to get the water out, which was very bad. Thanks

Lovely staff. We had 2 very large suitcases and were worried about lugging them up the stairs as there is no lift, however a staff member did this for us, which was great. The room was comfortable, and the view was lovely. We did eat at the restaurant downstairs, but it took an hour to get our meal. The restaurant was packed to the rafters, and the staff were run off their feet (a table next to us walked out) - it seemed that were not enough staff to cater to the amount of people. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
