We loved our stay. The hotel is very clean, nice and spacious. The only draw back is that they don’t have iron in the room, and hair dryer in every room. Highly recommended, will definite be back.

1. It seems to be hard for taxi drivers to find. It's a little out of the main areas. 2. The staff does not speak English at all 3. They don't take Amex.

Overall: I paid about HK$800/night during new years eve, and I'd rate it 4.8/5 for what it's worth. Positives: (1)5 mins walk from Shenzhen Bay border, saves a lot of time/hassle; (2) very large room, lots of room to run around, with individual clothing closet; (3) very new hotel rooms, high quality hardware, bedding, shower, tap, furniture, equal to a new & ordinary 5-star hotel Negatives: (1) entrance looks a bit shabby given it's managed by local owner; (2)there is construction downstairs, I was staying on level 30 & still could hear it, so it could be an issue for some Others: I didn't try/checkout b/fast or gym, & didn't order room service etc, so have no idea about this Recommendation: I'll come here again for the super new & spacious room, but service/surrounding wise it's not the best, but there are huge malls within 5 mins of biking; u can easily pick up bikes downstairs using mobile apps Overall I'm very happy with what I paid for~

This hotel is a prime example of good facilities ruined by terrible service. The front desk people are probably the most inadequately trained and rudest people you can find. If you're checking out and in a rush, they give you a nasty look and tell you that they need time. It isn't a guest's problem if your staff can't check out right or if it takes too long to check the room. Staff really need to learn to take some responsibility rather than give nasty attitudes to guests for waiting too long.

This place is nice and for the money was a great deal. Front desk staff usually had a strong english speaker working and the systems seem pretty solid. It took a bit of negotiating to get an extra blanket but once they understood, they were thrilled to bring it up. Pool is part of health club next door. It is a 1/2 olympic length workout pool - you will be thrilled if you like to swim laps. You can even use the starting blocks. Rooms are really, really nice for the money. The one we had was huge and the place is brand new (6 months old). Quiet, nice views of the park. Good bed, huge shower, full size closet. Recommend the Shenzhen Bay crossing, it is nearly walking distance to the hotel. Immediate neighborhood is quiet (boring) but great for a morning run or walk. Very safe feeling.

Room smelled heavily of smoke. Very spacious and sleeps 6 in the double room though! We didn't have hot water in one of the bathrooms, thankfully, there was hot water in the other bathroom!

Very bad service and management. 1. No complimentary water 2. No tooth brush, which is mandatory in China 3. Front desk told me check-out time is 12:00 intentionally, called to push me to leave before 14:00 and even warned to charge me a second night if I leave after 13:00. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is very new from July 2016, which means all amenities are new and so are their staff. I only stayed for one night and appreciated that it was hassle-free and comfortable. If you are not expecting a 5-star experience and just want comfort, then this is a great option and value.

Generally good but they try to charge you 100RMB for wanting to borrow an umbrella (even if you are a guest a have to come back at night). The facilities are quite good but service is terrible. Badly trained staff due to local owners.
