A comfortable place to stay, especially for first-timers in Kuching. It's fully equipped for vacations and sightseeing. Clean water, cool air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking. The location is strategic, with plenty of delicious, halal eateries nearby, including Asmosferah, which offers everything. It's also close to the waterfront, so you can literally walk anywhere you like.

Overall: a solid budget-friendly option near the waterfront for an easy stay without high asks. Friendly staff and very easy check-in and check-out; fair late check-out option (10 MYR per 1 hour). The bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels didn't really get you dry.

The hotel condition is really disappointing.

It's nice, it's close to everywhere, but it's not very clean.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the city and close to places to eat.

The room is in an old building, some of the floors are damaged and haven't been repaired, the toilet is a bit dirty, all the facilities are just so-so, the AC isn't cold, the walls are moldy, it's not pleasing to the eye.

Very ugly, a bit shabby, dirty toilets, glass not cleaned, dirty.

For this price, it's pretty good, although there's a lot that needs fixing. Our room leaked from above yesterday.

Strategic location, near waterfront.

The tiles were almost broken, so I was afraid to step on them. The shower in the toilet leaked, and I could hear the dripping water every night. The TV was broken, and the colors were all blue, making it painful for my eyes. The bed was very comfortable. Spacious and comfortable. The quality of sleep was good here. Especially for exploring the waterfront area, it's highly recommended.

Check in around 330 pm and told the room not ready. Given wrong room.

overall okay..just need to improve next time..the pipes are a little leaky..the TV broadcast is a little problematic..it's dark blue..but because I only want to stay for 1 night..what's up..the pillowcase is faded..maybe I can change it for a new one..next time..anyway thank you..hopefully it will get better.

The toilet is noisy, the water in the toilet tank makes a loud noise so it disturbs your sleep, please fix it soon.
