The room was clean and tidy, I really liked it.

The facilities were old and run-down, and the cleanliness wasn't very good. Only the night shift staff member greeted guests politely; the two day shift staff members just sat around chatting, answering guests' questions but not offering a smile. Guests left to carry their own luggage and didn't bother to say goodbye or say goodbye. It was strange. The location was convenient, next to the train station.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The staff were quite polite! I suggest changing the breakfast menu every day. I had almost the same breakfast for two consecutive days. The fruit did vary, but the quality was quite good. The pho was decent. The spaghetti with bolognese sauce was more to my liking.

Located at the centre of Hanoi, but not noisy. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, opera house, etc. The room was specious and clean. They also provide breakfast for all guest and I like their chicken soup very much. It's very delicious. The staff also very helpful. I was check in in the middle of the night and check out very early morning at 3 am. And it was raining. The staff help me to bring my luggage to the car/airport transfer with smile. The also provide Airport Transfer service with reasonable price. Definitely In will stay again in this hotel when I come to Hanoi again.

Everything is fine, only the room is a bit small

Clean accommodation, receptionist was very helpful, gave me early check in. The only drawback is that it is far from the lake and other tourist centers.

The hotel cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, courteous staff, food-style renovation. According to me everything in one 3-star hotel is so good, there is wifi here is not good. Improve this problem again is what k should weigh when choosing your dentist here.
