Good for the price

Room is very clean and staff are very friendly. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only downside is it's far from a metro station.

Puzzled with the hotel’s location being nice. Rooms are OK though

They shared the swimming pool to a fitness centre and so many people thereat. This is inconvenience to hotel guest who want more privacy.

I really like the room style and spaciousness. It is covery clean. The staff is friendly too. I like the fitness/gym facility with many workout options like loga, palaties, free weights, cardio, and many other types of machines. I highly recommend this place and would use them again if I get the chance.

The matress is so hard. I cannot sleep at night...overall everything is fine

Good breakfast, good service. Front desk extended my check out time to 14:00. Nice location that close to the train station about 10 min taxi drive.

The staff were excellent and obliging. The room was huge and beautifully equipped including many convenient power points and USB ports

The bed is terribly hard and not convenience. He breakfast and not good. This hotel grade is just 3star I feel.

I usually stay at a different hotel down the street but I thought I try here and thank god I did. I would definitely stay here all the time I'm I town because of the staff, the accommodations. The spa on the 5th floor was a lifesaver. The free breakfast was norm but it was clean

Chose this hotel because it is adjacent to our son's apartment building. so location was perfect for us. Although primarily a business hotel, it is comfortable,clean and suited our needs. Our stay was split into two bookings. The first three nights were in a superior king room. We were not impressed. Very badly designed bathroom facilities which was cramped and offered little privacy. For the second stay we upgraded to a suite. Worth every penny......Lovely, spacious accommodation with a beautiful bathroom and separate sitting room. Highly recommended. We had one breakfast, which was okay. The swimming pool area is small and not suitable for relaxing or lounging. The staff were friendly and eager to please but most had difficulty speaking or understanding English.

I like location because it is safe especially at night. Their breakfast is ah~mazing. I washed makeup off my face with the. Hotel wash cloth and I was charged for running my eyeliner and mascara on the wash cloth. Management called me and told me to pay 15RMB. I was a bit confused. I asked them again and they told me to pay for the wash cloth. So after that I was afraid of what else they would charge me so I used that one was cloth till I left. That really hurt my feelings 15rmb is less than $3 but its just the fact that they charged me upfront and took it out of my credit card. To a westerner its mere principle. Smh
