Rood didn’t seem very fresh. Every evening there was no parking.

Clean room & bathroom. No glasses/cups provided for a simple drink of water. When my husband went to the front desk to inquire he was told that they don’t provide them. We have travelled extensively and this is the first time we’ve encountered something like this. Pillows were the flattest we’ve ever seen.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was amazing, huge, modern with two sinks, large shower and a huge jacuzzi tub! It was perfect!

This property checks off all the boxes. The hotel is clean with very spacious rooms. Staff is friendly.

Welcoming staff and very nice lobby area. Bathrooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. I stay here again and I would recommend to friends and family.

What we like was there was under ground park, we never got wet, and it was secured

The pool was nice and clean as was the hottub, and the room was great, the only issue we had was trying to getca hold of the front desk, we called 5 times and every time they would answer and hang up.

Convenient location

Everything was good... the only issue I had was that I wanted to use the smart TV and it didn't work as it should have, but that is okay - I got a little more rest, so it was all good

The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never mentioned to him that he could purchase tickets at the restaurant.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, smelt nice. The room was clean and quiet.
