Great place for people who can be totally independent and have a car. Large, clean, very well kept apartment which had one queen bed and two singles. No elevator. Good WIFI. Nicely equipped kitchen. But management does not seem to understand that the clients are tourists. For instance, there's a washing machine but no soap. There's a dishwasher but no soap. There's an oven, but no oven mitts. As a tourist, I don't plan on having to buy all the little necessities. I still give it 10 out of 10 because these things can easily be fixed. Absolutely no interaction with management, so should not expect suggestions for restaurants, nearby attractions or any guidance of any kind.

Very comfortable

Our family of 4 stayed in the Red apartment for 14 nights from mid to end of July. The apartment was very spacious, with air con in each bedroom and the living area. The balcony area overlooks the sea so gave lovely sunset views (can get quite hot and sunny on the balcony in the afternoon - even with the canopy down). The apartment has all the main kitchen facilities we wanted - stove, oven, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, dishwasher etc and the washer came in extremely useful. As we tended to cook and eat in, we did feel that there were some 'basic' kitchen utensils that we would have liked eg. tin opener, scissors, wooden spoon, larger salad bowl etc, but we managed with the equipment that was there. Note that although washing up liquid is provided you need to supply your own washing detergent. There is also a limited supply of dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom. The outside chairs were a little 'tired' and we managed to split the base material of one of them, but this was quickly replaced when I contacted Mario. The apartment is in a residential area around 40mins walk from Zadar old town. There are several small shops (including a bakery) and a reasonable sized Tommy's supermarket all within 5mins walk. There is ample car parking space by the apartment. With it being a residential area, we did find that it was often fairly noisy in the evening with children playing and dogs barking, but would definitely recommend!!

Spacious, clean and smart apartment with a great view. We were made to feel really welcome and the apartment was a great base for our time in Zadar.

I have traveled all over the world and this is probably the best place I have stayed. Everything about the experience was superb...even the cafe and bakery at the end of the street. Thank you.

Stay was good though the apartment floor was very cold. That is the only down side. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Place was nice and clean and inexpensive Uber ride to the prominade and next door to a top notch bakery. Check in was difficult as there’s no service desk and no one answered the phone number provided on the reservation.

The landlord is so kind. The room is also very good. It is a room for a family with one or two children. The location is a little bit far from the city center. So if you have a car, I will 100% recommend here.

The stay was amazing. The apartment building looks new, it's modern. There was plenty of space, the location was great. We took an Uber to the city due to parking reasons but the uber picked us up fast, and it was only a 5 USD Uber to city center.

The place is very clean and cozy. We came as a family with two little kids and the place made us feel like home. 1.5 km from Zadar old city. Near there are supermarket and a bakery. The host is very kind

The room was chic and clean. Best part of our stay was the view from the balcony. We enjoyed returning to a room with breathtaking views of the city to unwind.

Two bedroom apartment walking ditto great coffee and fabulous baked goods. The apartment was well equipped with lovely views. Road works made it very difficult to find: an escort from a centre point was essential.

Lovely apartment run by really helpful people. A little out of main tourist area but that meant amazing views. Zadar is definitely worth a visit.

We stayed here in October and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, and the location was ok to find if you have a Sat Nav. Ample space in all the rooms. Only negatives are there is a loud dog that seemed to always be barking next door, and no toiletries are provided in the bathroom so make sure to take everything you need! There were also no teabags, only green tea and coffee. Overall I would visit again!

We were warmly welcomed and delighted to be shown a modern, spacious, well equipped, apartment with fabulous sea views over the roof tops. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to walk or catch a bus to the town. We enjoyed a drink and a fantastic pizza, made from scratch with wonderful ingredients at the local take away. The baker's shop and the bars were also handy and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and bright. Highly recommended.

Amazing well designed and spacious apartment.

A little to far out of town and required a bus into town although the bus stop was 150 m away , the apartment was very slightly smaller than expected but adequate for 3 days , parking was easy and in front of the apartment ,the apartment was very quite and there was several bars and a lovely bakery close by . The lady on reception was very helpful
