the room & the bedroom is extremely small,my room for 5 persons is actually 2 room,the first room is small but the second one is extremely small u can barely move without bumping,small cocroach each day I thought came from the drain,no free water&no water dispenser at all but the staff is friendly,location is super at Tsim Tsa Shui station

I stayed at V Inn on September and had a really disappointing experience. The hotel is very hard to find since it’s hidden inside a residential building — you need to locate the right block and floor. The room is extremely small, has no window, and feels very stuffy and claustrophobic. There’s no walking space at all; the bed takes up the whole room, and you can only open your suitcase on the bed. The air conditioner remote didn’t work, and when I tried to contact the staff on WhatsApp, no one replied. When I finally called, they just said to use the switch instead. The water heater was broken, so there was no hot water during my stay. The bed and pillow are old and have a musty smell. The staff were unresponsive and not helpful at all. The cheap price doesn’t justify the poor condition — overall, a very unpleasant stay and not recommended, especially for first-time travelers to Hong Kong.

Good hotel but small rooms close to city center easy to find food close to MRT easy

The hostel owner is very friendly and informative. The room is small, but it's big enough for three people (take the deluxe triple room).

The room was small, but normal for Hong Kong. It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think this building is not as scary as what people said. Particularly, this hotel. The lady was so nice and friendly. She cleaned up my room everyday. Although the room is very small, it fits for a single traveler anyway.

This madam is really nice indeed, but sorry I'm not comfortable here because the room is super narrow. I stayed here with my husband but I couldn't stand in the room lol. On one day, one person went inside first. The location of the toilet was a bit confusing to find. I couldn't open my suitcase even though there was only one suitcase and luckily I only stayed here for 1 night.

Comfortable hotel while we stayed in Vinn and near from Avenue of Stars, Victoria Harbour, and so many food sellers around the hotel.

The hotel madam is very friendly, the room is cleaned every day although the sheets and sarbans were not changed during the 5-day stay, fortunately we always maintain cleanliness so the sheets and sarbans are still clean and comfortable, in general the room is very small, the bathroom is narrow, the toilet cannot sit in the same direction because it is close to the wall so you have to sit crookedly, drinking water is given 2 bottles, only 1 time, then buy it yourself and it is expensive, outside the room there is a food and water heater, there is no coffee / tea. Because the madam is very kind so we feel at home there. Overall good and comfortable..
