All the rooms are very neat and clean, Manager staff are very soft spoken, good behaviour and cooperstive, vale for money, very reasonable prices, I recommand this hotel to stay here with family, full secure.

The hotel is located right in the old town, convenient for traveling and sightseeing. The hotel staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The room is a bit small but cozy. The room is fully equipped. Minus points: the air conditioner is a bit weak, it takes a long time to cool down. The shower in the bathroom is broken, only the standing shower can be used. The bathroom is a bit small.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff was accomodating. The breakfast was delicious. Over all we had a great stay at Hanoi lake view hotel.

Initially, I registered at 40 Lo Su, but the room here was damaged so I transferred to another address but in the same branch as this place. Went to branch 19, silver shop, the room was very bad, smelly, damp, dusty,... went to the buffet far away. However, the staff at 40 Lo Su is very friendly and enthusiastically supportive.

Vị trí tốt, nhân viên lễ tân, buồng phòng, vui vẻ, ân cần chu đáo. Ăn sắng tạm ổn thôi. Thức ăn món ít, phở nấu không ok lắm. Tôi vẫn sẽ quay trower lại khi về lại Hà Nội.

The staff is extremely enthusiastic and professional; especially our family was supported with a 2-hour late checkout. The room is not too spacious but clean. Breakfast has delicious pho and very fresh fruit.

The hotel is right on the walking street, the rooms are clean, especially everyone here is very friendly, the reception staff is very attentive. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will continue to stay here.
