A fabulous property. Would return in a heartbeat!

We were greeted like part of the family, the room was HUGE (room 5) and the location was perfect. Walked about 15 min to wine tram and there were plenty of restaurants around (Allora had great Italian food!) Breakfast was wonderful, staff was so friendly! Wish we could have stayed longer but we highly recommend this property!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Property in a super convenient location with secure parking. Room was lovely, all amenities and spotless. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted. We will be back, thank you!

Lovely guesthouse! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the owner even dropped us down to the wine tram and helped us plan our day, so kind! Room was loovely and parking so convenient, all walkable to restaurants. We felt very safe . Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone staying in Franschhoek, it was absolutely perfect!

Such a fantastic hotel, brilliant rooms and bathrooms, an excellent location, delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautifully decorated with amazing attention to details and such friendly service. We got a chance to chat to the owner who was so so helpful. This is definitely the place for us for when we are ever back in Franschhoek. Loved it

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Comfortable, spacious accommodation with a great choice at breakfast. Great location as well, less than 5 minutes to the main street with bars, restaurants and lovely shops.

Exceptional in every way! Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, quite, lovely staff, close to town, I liked it so much I came back to spend Christmas Eve here due to one room availability only! The town of Franschoek is great too!

Absolutely atunning experience. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Steve and the team were all incredible, very helpful and friendly. Our room was stunning. Breakfast has plenty of options. It's a short walk to the pick up for the wine trams and very close to shops and restaurants.

Extremely quaint getaway. We were welcomed on arrival and treated with the utmost attention. All was well.

The owners & staff were lovely & very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast were good especially as weather meant could have them on the veranda. Loved every minute of our stay. Very convenient for wine tram kiosk as only about 5 min walk away. Will definitely be returning.

We had 3 nights at this lovely little hotel. Just a short walk to the centre of Franschhoek with its many restaurants and shops. Our room (Marseilles) was perfect and had a balcony with view of the mountains and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful (special mention for Livermore and Billy). Lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace.

Great upmarket b&b/hotel set list 2 streets back from Main Street so very close to all facilities. Very welcoming staff and very helpful with bags etc. Nice garden area with pool

We book guesthouses / b and bs because we like personal service. This was not the case at Petit Paris. Our room was okay but one of the blinds was broken and couldn’t be raised. Breakfast was good, honesty bar appreciated. Pool small but great in the heat.

Lovely property and lovely staff. Our room was clean and spacious. The on site pool and breakfast are lovely. Staff are exceedingly kind and helpful! Also walkable to town. Highly recommend renting e-bikes to tour the area!

Amazing hotel/guest house staff warm and friendly very helpful and nice. Rooms amazing just like the pictures. Views great. Two minutes walk into town. Breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone going to franschoek.
