I would like to inform you: Dai Kieu Massage is an operating unit with full business license and is not under the management of Ninh Kieu Riverside Hotel. According to Official Dispatch No. 01/CD-UBND dated May 3, 2021 of the People's Committee of Can Tho City on rectification and improvement of the effectiveness of COVID-19 disease prevention and control in the area of Can Tho city, currently operating Massage has been discontinued until further notice. Your rating of 6.1 points has a great influence on the overall rating of the hotel on Traveloka, I hope that Thuy Linh will reconsider and evaluate according to criteria such as rooms, price, staff, comfort. I booked hotel room for my boss for lunar new year! however, when we come to check in, the receptionist treated us with unwelcome attitudes, no one help to carry luggage also. luckily he did not understand Vietnamese, only I deal to her in Vietnamese. after coming to room. OMG she arranged the room with the view has been blocked by window frame. the hotel does not had many guests also. very disappointed! although the hotel has very good location and beautiful design

Central location, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed this place. The hotel has arranged for us rooms on the upper floors and has a very nice river view. We are completely satisfied when choosing to stay at the hotel.

The hotel does not meet the 4-star standard có - There is no parking garage required to leave the car outside in the harsh sun so there is not even a parachute or piece of paper to support. - The receptionist is not friendly, but his face does not smile happily. -Buffe is worse than other 3-star hotels ghế, tables and chairs have bad food (even the food on the yacht is bad). - The room is spacious and comfortable but not clean, the floor is sandy and sandy, wc room is cleaned and smells like public wc. I must say that I can't take it any more, I don't want to take it 2 times at a time
