The room key given to us upon check in didn’t work. We had to go back to reception after a long tiring day to get another room key only to find that the toilet had been clogged. When asked to change the room, I was told by the concierge that it wasn’t a big deal and he can unclog it. I requested to change the room for hygiene standards and was met with poor customer service. Not going back.

The beds were super comfy, the pool was well maintained and fun, and the price was great for the size of the room we got. Would definitely stay here agian

Nice clean facility friendly staff only problem we had was we were in bed trying to sleep and the East Indians I think that's what there called we're out in the hall way talking loud in there language loud also our room was beside the elevator so we had to listen to them talk loud when they were at elevator lots of noise then in morning they stand in groups at breakfast buffet talking and in the way nice people but no consideration seems like for others at buffet

The room was massive and worked for what we were looking for during our weekend away. 😉

kitchenette was fantastic, had everything needed for a person to be comfortable and feel at home. |Room was large and open didnt feel congested. Breakfasts were excellent, differnt options for everyone. Very good place to stay, a bit on the pricey side but understandable for the location and time of year.

Very clean with a convenient location.

I had a really great time here. Everything was super clean and comfy, which I appreciated. Plus, the staff were so helpful with everything I needed. I'm definitely planning on coming back again soon. I'm telling all my friends they should check it out too. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
