The hotel was great and i enjoy the stay... nice place with good air conditioner and relaxing 5th floor with pool and bar

Great staff. Clean property

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a horrible neighborhood. Biggest problem was the internet. I couldn’t connect to google. I left after a overnight and left my reservation early as I had work also to do on my laptop. I couldn’t get a signal anywhere strong enough to send a email out.

Great place to stay in monteria Has all amenities great staff ! We put together birthday party and staff was very helpful totally professional property.

Hice mi reserva y pago por hotels.com, luego en recepción me hicieron pagar nuevamente por que me dicen que el pago no se había registrado. Luego que confirmo que el pago se había realizado por hotels.com, no me quisieron reembolsar el pago que hice con mi tarjeta. Ahora hotels.com trata de contactarse con el hotel y no hay ninguna respuesta. Muy triste que un buen hotel se vea empañado por una mala administración.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite. Paid ahead of time. First they put us in a very small standard room, worth less than half of what was paid. When we complained, we were told 'to wait, and they would change our rooms' Two hours later, they moved us again. This time to a Junior Suite....Still the incorrect room. We asked when we would be moved to the very expensive room we paid for, and we were told 'You'll get moved today' No apology. We were instead directed to the restaurant to eat and spend money. We didn't even know our room number when the bill came, even though we had been in two of them... Finally the room was ready, and we could go to the room we reserved. Again, the receptionist (who spoke English) said nothing polite. Instead he was very condescending. I had stayed here before and had a great experience. I don't know what happened. EVERY OTHER STAFF MEMBER IS WONDERFUL! But the man at the front desk who speaks English is rude, condescending, unhelpful, and not once gave us an apology for putting us in the wrong room two times.

Everything went fine but you need a master degres to open the internet, why ? I'am not very good in spanish but I tried very hard tobe understand but they couldn't ? Or did not want too ? Anyhow, nobody spoke english and this a tourism place ? My cell was dead and they only I had to get the menu was with QR code, so I had to look at a receipt to see what was on it, could not understand nada, spaghetti I guess. But very nice place to stay and very polite staff, and certainly very very clean

Excelente servicio por parte del personal, la piscina aseada el desayuno espectacular, y la atención del personal de 10 puntos. Para mejorar el secador de cabello para mi pareja no funcionó jajja.
