Perfectly acceptable budget hotel rooms. Great for overnight when travelling. Reception was very pleasant and helpful.Restaurant in full price Ibis next door, also very good bakery on next plot open from 7.30am

Migrant hotel next door so felt unsafe to go out for a walk

As per their name…Budget…basic! Bathrooms need improvement!

Overnight stop enroute to Spain.Cheap and cheerful. Plenty of options to eat around.

Excellent location,near good public transport. Basic facilities.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. If you have time in the morning great continental breakfast. Clean just the job for travellers.

Apart from bedside lamp not working and a toilet seat needing to be replaced as chipped, the room was to the normal standard when we have stayed here. Would always like a bathroom mat but this is a budget hotel so... Be aware that there are a number of people hanging around outside so make sure your valuables are out of sight in your car. The adjoining ibis hotel has a good restaurant that can recommend.

I prebooked and prepaid for a room at this hotel. When I checked in the receptionist was rude, questioned my integrity, refused to accept the proof of payment that I showed her and made me pay again for the room I had already paid for. I will never use this excuse for a hotel again. Be warned, there are plenty of good hotels in Poitiers, this isn't one of them.

not the greatest but ok for the one night we needed it for on our drive back from Spain, it has to be the worst one we have stayed in and we have been doing this trip yearly for 15 years, very dirty room, however the bed was ok, only Managed to get 4 hours sleep as I got waken up at one in the morning when a bus decided to leave which was right outside our window, staff very friendly though so not all bad

Was clean easy to find. The room itself was somewhat tired and the 'en-suite' facilities not quite as expected. Close to several places to eat and easy to find.

Very apologetic receptionist could not find the booking that Hotels.Com did themselves. In the end gave us a room and came up later with the booking. Other than that, this is a reasonable budget hotel with easy access to the N10 heading south. The biggest bonus though was the great restaurant attached to the adjacent Ibis!
