The lobby is beautiful. Brunch at restaurant was great. The Mirror room bar was fun, although short staffed. The rooms/hallways are in dire need of an update. It was clean, just old with some rust, etc around door in bathroom. Also there is no valet or bellman, which i normally don’t use but with my elderly mom who uses a walker, would have. There are a lot of steps at the front entrance so the place where i unloaded her & luggage (bottom level near restaurant) was a gross & scary area. It was old, deserted, with no signage where to go to check in. Seemed like a great place for homeless to be lurking or hanging out. They really should have a bellman there to escort you & let u know you’re in the right place.

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were very roomy. Very easy to get to the Riverfront Center. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again in the furture.

The hotel was definitely an older one. I liked the uniqueness of it but the carpet in the hallway needs replaced. Pillows need replaced. Overall its not a bad place to stay.

Basic Hotel

Such a beautiful hotel. I fell in love with the character and history of this hotel. Our bed was so comfy. Everything was just perfect. I will book here again. We even tried the restaurant and it was delicious. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Perfect stay!

Elegant restored hotel. Quiet location near river and path. Should you enjoy a pleasure place to enjoy a cup of coffee the tamp and grind very near by is your spot.
