Very good service and rooms very clean, albeit small.

Small but comfortable rooms perfect to sleep after walking around. Close to 2 main train/subway stations.

Value option linked to a quality brand that gives reassurance of a good experience. I needed to choose a hotel quickly after all trains from Kings Cross were cancelled. I chose based on price and then brand (Sheraton) and it proved a good decision. My room was a 'pod' style room with just enough space for a bed and bathroom, with fold away desk and chair. There is a TV at the end of the bed, although seemed to have signal problems. Reception staff were very friendly and the bar/ reception area was very attractive. Hotel is within sight of Euston station and a short walk from Kings Cross. It's also about 30 mins walk from central London. This is definitely on the list of options when staying in London in future.

My stay was very good. This is the second time I’ve decided to stay. The service is really good , yes the rooms are small but for London this is perfect . I’m a solo traveller so this works well for me. Location is amazing as I use Euston station to travel back to my destination. I’ve got a Tv opposite my bed so I can watch TV towards the evenings .

It was very good

We spent one night at this hotel after our flight from Canada. We were told that we’d be put in an excellent room. The room was the tiniest room we have ever stayed in. There was a queen sized bed with built in side tables. The only other furniture was a very narrow desk. There wasn’t a closet. The bathroom sink was so small that water splashed on the floor every time it was used. We appreciated the tea, coffee and infused water in the lobby. We had the optional breakfast and it was good and the service was good.

Rooms are small as pictured stayed in one of the double rooms and the room is literally the size of the double bed with a narrow hallway to the door / bathroom. The bath is very tiny with a very small sink they you can’t plug so shaving is difficult and wastes a lot of water. The shower is also very tiny with a door that is difficult to fit larger size guests. The drain in the show only works if you take out the filter otherwise is doesn’t drain fast and fills the floor pan. Can’t really complain went into it expecting as much from other reviews. Originally booked a room with no window in the basement but they were busy during check in so the clerk upgraded me to a room with a window on the first floor. Only major issue was the right side elevator would never stop going up at any floor only going down but since room was on first floor used the stairs instead. Air conditioner worked well (stayed April) and kept the room cool and dry. Every time I needed to open luggage had to do it on the bed. Only place to store it is in a nook under the bed

Great hotel for the single travelor, weekend getaways. Good location for tube and trains.

I chose this hotel because it was near Houston Station, where I had a train journey to Glasgow. For one person for one night this room was perfect. It would also have been good. Had I had a partner. But it was clean and comfortable and met my needs.

Room was too small - way smaller than hotels of similar price like Z hotels. I will not choice Four Points next time. No coffee or tea on the room.

Good hotel but poor breakfast

Bed head was next to a window so felt a cold draft during the night. Show spray head was loose so got a good cold soaking on entry. Managed to fix it! No place to sit to fasten your shoes. Hotel itself and staff were very nice otherwise.

The room was a little small but very clean. We stored our bags under the bed and it was fine. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Proximity to Eueston staion was very handy. I would stay again for a quick stay.

Room was compact, clean & modern ideal for solo or couples, good selection of amenities in the room. Didnt experience much traffic noise considering hotel is on a main road. Check in wasnt very welcoming , no details of where breakfast was held or direction to the rooms was basically take you name heres you key ! Close to Euston & transport system of London & good price for location.

Very small room

Great stay. Room was clean. My only complaint is that it could have been a tad bigger so I could at least put my suitcase up. Other than that, it was good. Location is convenient and the staff was friendly.

Rooms are small. Staff is excellent. Especially Lorengo in the breakfast room.

Weekend break in London lovely hotel but we stayed in the basement rooms which are so poor with no room at all very disappointed
