The service at check-in and generally at the reception is really bad, usually lots of people with issues and only one staff member. Breakfast buffet is good. The rooms usually have something missing be it towels, remote control for a/c, blanket among others. No safes in the room!!!!

Nice property. Close to airport. But no iron and ironing board in the room.

Convenient due to being next door for the mall for shopping/food. Everything was great and as adverised. Only 1 minor complaint was that the air conditioner could've been a bit colder. Not bad enough to cause any discomfort. Just would be nice due to Boa Vista being very hot.

Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. I will also put my review on trip advisor i expected hire standards the one positive the room was very

When I travel to Boa Vista, I always stay at this Ibis unit. This time there was a renovation on my floor and problems with the internet and TV.
