Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Blick auf den Rhein. Aber leider muss man sagen das wir mehrere Brutstätten von Mücken im Zimmer hatten. Einmal bei der großen Fensterfront und einmal im Bad. Ich musste die Badewanne vor dem Bad mehrmals reinigen, um die ganzen Larven und toten Insekten zu entfernen. Da müsste sicherlich mal was getan werden, um den sonst sehr guten Eindruck nicht zu belasten.

Industrial area, 15 Euro to park, dirty bedroom carpet, no comfortable lounge area. Next to the Rhine but no outside sitting area. Would not go back

Very cute hotel with lovely staff. We enjoyed the quietness and view.

If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne.

The property has a great view and convenient to everything on town. The property is a little dated but makes it very quaint.

Hotel was very nice, clean. The staff were very helpful.

Customer service was good. I enquired about parking prior to arrival and the staff responded quickly and very helpful. Close to the tram for those wanting to go onto Köln city Center (10 min walk). The room was satisfactory. Nice view of the Rhine. Easy check in and out. Would happily stay again.

Ideally located next to the Rhein, center town can be easily reached. Parking was easy too.

The hitel skinps on heating and doesnt turn the heaters on When asked the guy on duty has the audacity to say that in Germany 15 degrees is warm for them So they turn of heating . The night temperatures at this time are very cold and the whole idea of a good sleep is lost when ypu have these bog windows( great view) but lets in so much cold into the room The guy then gave me electric heayer which i think is programmed to work only for a little timso in all I suffered for two nights at the hotel If you are looking for a warm cost bed dont go there If you are ok with a cold bed and also paying 12 euro extra for parki g per night then do visit Otherwise avoid

Das beste an dem Hotel ist die Lage, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Rheinblick bucht. Ansonsten ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Service nur tagsüber, die Bar hat nicht mehr auf. Zimmer mit alten Teppichen, Betten bequem.

This place is so awful, we didn’t even bring our luggage in. It was not the room we booked. When we questioned this we were told they only had one of those types of rooms and it was booked and not by us. We were told we booked the ‘Junior suite’ no the deluxe but when we produced our receipt that indicated deluxe, we were told it still wasn’t what we booked. This was a very obvious ‘bait and switch’. Advertise and charge you one thing, but put you in something much less quality for higher price. The place also smelled bad. Take off the mask and smell!

Out of the major cities. Right on the river with window view. Feel safe and peaceful here. Breakfast was very nice with lots of selections. Bathroom sink and shower drains were clogged and ran very slow. That was my only complaint.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. Noise from boats pass by. I dislike those

Everything was great; the family room was spacious and clean, a plenty of spaces in the parking lot and reasonable parking fees, friendly staffs, a nice breakfast and bar, a good neighborhood by Rhein river, and its located in the middle of Köln and Bonn so it’s easier to travel to both of cities... Except, there is no AC and floors made lousy cracking noise when walking around because the hotel is aged. A coffee table was made of glass so I had to move it to a bathroom to be away from my toddlers. Also, the hotel and guests are quite mostly but some local people were noisy outside in the evening. Overall, I love this hotel and will definitely come back.

Great hotel, I've stayed here a number of times and will return again. Staff excellent, good location and rooms are comfortable. Food is also good and this time I had gluten free bread for breakfast which was lovely.

Nice relaxing location on river, great for an overnight stop if travelling through Europe
