My wife and I were there for a week and had a lovely stay. Our room 1325 was very clean with a balcony view over the pool. Half board the food was excellent and varied and a good wine selection to go with it. A great hotel for families and couples alike. Clean room and all the staff were amazing. Fantastic breakfast & dinner spread as we were on half board. There is a direct bus service from the airport to the hotel and it's cheap. We had a wonderful experience and will return.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was great. But the hotel was too big for my liking, and i had to walk quite some way to get to my by bedroom.

Friendly staff, great food options and lovely restaurants. Room was great- largest bed we have ever slept in. Room cleaned daily to a high standard. Lots of pool loungers and day time entertainment. Great for singles, couples or families and lovely spa. We had the best back massages in a couples room. Fabulous week away.

Amazing rooms and food

The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony wonderful. The staff were excellent. The choice at breakfast was fantastic. Lovely 15 min stroll down to the town We only had a two night stay, but will be back. Highly recommend.

Jose on the front desk was wonderful. Very welcoming! Made our stay all the better. Very clean and spacious facilities. Great quiet pool for swimming lengths.

Good family hotel

Amazing location . Could do more for the kids during the day especially around the pool . No one really serving drinks around the pool . Food options are ok . Walking distance to bus station . Have to visit Mogan beach and the area around as that’s amazing

Overall, good hotel but definitely not a 5 star hotel it’s 4 stars. The bed is comfy, and the room is spacious. However, the amenities in the room are poor. Tania sample of shower gel was poor quality no mini bar in the room. One small bottle of water is offered for the guest one time for the total stay. We asked for a small bottle of water and they said it’s not included and you have to buy it which is ridiculous for a $400 per night hotel. We also took the half boards which includes every dinner, but also the dinner doesn’t include any soft drink or water even. So I think they should include this since the hotel rates are not cheap.

Downstairs pool bar restaurant and breakfast buffet not great, staff training and quality issues. The area around the hotel is a bit scrappy but generally the hotel is good.
