急な宿泊予約に丁寧に対応して頂き有り難かったが、部屋に入ると、シーツに毛が付いていたり、何か濡れていたり、気持ち悪かったです。安かろう、悪かろう。

3人部屋だったので、若干移動がせまいのとベッドもせまかったですが、キレイでよかったです。大阪マラソン出場のための宿泊でしたが、駅にもコースや名所も近くて、満足でした！

受付の感じは悪いです。もう泊まることはないです。

駅からすごい遠いです。

シャワートイレなのにリモコンがついていません。

冷蔵庫全然冷えず、朝には常温でした。

天王寺がとても近く、朝の散歩ができました

荷物を預かってくれたり、親切なスタッフさんでとても快適に凄せた！

なんとなくは整頓はされているが、チェックインした際、掃除のやりっぱなしが夜まで置いてあり残念でした。

駅からの距離はあるので大変ですが、ホテルはとても良い所でした。

夜の急な予約だったのにも関わらず、快く対応してくれました。

Little too far from the station and there's no convenience store, cafe or shop nearby. This hotel seems new, but it doesn't make it a great hotel automatically. The pillow was too stiff, the room was too dry. We didn't sleep well. Oh, and there's no YUKATA. You need your own pyjama to stay here! The front staff was okay but he didn't appear to be too experienced in the business. Could do better for the price we paid.

It was a bit far from the station considering I had luggage. Expected surprise was that the Shitennoji Temple was a minute away. I think most of their customers were from China or Chinese speaking countries. Buffet breakfast was simple but nice.

The room is very clean. All the facilities are new. I had a comfortable stay!
