If you're looking for a place that really takes covid prevention measures, look somewhere else. Not a single employee of this hotel takes it seriously. They mostly wear masks covering only the mouth.
The breakfast buffet is a horror movie. No disposable gloves to get the items on the buffet. People sneezing on the food. I couldn't eat there a single day. Employees again with masks on the chin or just covering the mouth.
There are signs everywhere saying that the use of mask is mandatory in common spaces, but none of that is enforced by the team. People are freely walking around, no masks. Upon check-in no one that was hanging around was wearing a mask and no one does anything about it. I complained MULTIPLE times in the reception about this and no one cared that much. On the last day, they said I could leave a feedback form in a box! After insisting, they said I could talk to Alexandre, the boss, but I didn't find him in time.
Once or twice there was no alcohol sanitizer in the main dispensers.
The swimming pool is often very very dirty by the end of the afternoon.
The structure of the hotel is fine. But don't expect to have a good time there if you care for your health.
The doors of the rooms are also not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes.
The wifi in our bedroom also didn't work (room 630).
Overall, horrible experience and don't plan to ever lay my feet on this hotel again.
