Room - ground flr. Quite fine. Entertainment - tv sets with cable channels. Very good cr - quite fine. Room service - good. I usually ate in my room so this is very good for me air conditioning unit - good hotel staff - good hotel service - very good. You can request for pick up at the airport and going back to it when you check out for free! Hotel location - very good. Near the beach. Love it! Small glitch - door lock kinda hard to lock your room when you want to explore dipolog. Need to fix though. Also maybe they forgot to bring me soap and usually brought one so you can use for emergency. Overall - 9 out of 10 for budget hotel

You get what you pay for. Moswuitos everywhere, bathroom smells like cockroaches and the bed makes me itch. Still, bang for the buck.

The staffs are accommodating.

I stay for 3 days from June 22 to June 24 and I can say that the hotel is quite simple yet accommodating. I checked in early in the hotel since my flight in Dipolog was 12nn. In other hotel, they will asked you to wait till your time, 2pm but when I came early, by the way they picked me up in the airport which is a Plus Factor (Kudos) they accomodate me right away giving me one room while my room were still preparing by the room attendant. In terms of the room feature, its quite simple. 1 double size bed with cr, aircon super cool, crt TV with cable (need to provide remote for this is important to us), 2 towels but they forgot to give me soap but its ok, no worries on that. In summary my room is quite ok for me since its budget room. About the location, I must say its accessible and very good for its about 3 mins away from the famous Dipolog Boulevard wh8xh by the way, very good for those who wants to feel relax and juat view the sunset and people in the vicinity. Besides the hotel is an array of restos and bars so you wont feel hungry at all. It is also near on some food chains like mcdonalds and dipolog supermarket and 1 ride away from the cathedral church, dipolog shopping center and some establishments like Lee Plaza. You can walk through the area and you won't missed any place because its has something just for you. Over all my rate is good for its budgetary simple and easy access type of hotel.

Good place for transient and overnight stay. Location is perfect, restaurants and bars are walking distance only
