It's a perfect location for enjoying the Carmen neighbourhood. There's lots to see and do within walking distance. The property itself was comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and had all the amenities you would want for a short stay. The manager was accommodating when I ran out of laundry soap - very responsive and positive!

Excellent communication from property management with clear instructions how to find and access the property. Codes to access the building and key box for the apartment were clearly communicated a few days before arrival. We were given an upgrade from a balcony apartment to the penthouse at last minute, not sure why but there was someone occupying our apartment on our 1st night. The location of the apartments is ideal for access to the old town and all amenities and is perfect for a short stay for 2 people. Highly recommend renting bikes as you can reach the coast in around 45 minutes via the park with excellent cycle tracks which makes it very safe. The penthouse as it’s called has 2 terraces, the front one is tiny, much smaller than the balcony rooms, but the rear one is a good size. Access to this is via an external door on the landing not direct from the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had towels changed in the middle of our 4 night stay. The bedroom is very small and lacks storage for clothes. The bathroom is a shower room with no ventilation. The kitchen has washing machine, fridge with ice box and a dishwasher. However given that there were only 2 of everything, 2 glasses, 2 mugs etc we never used this. A table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed are in the main lounge area. Had there been 3 of us using the sofa bed would have made the area quite cramped and blocked access to the front roof terrace. Met our needs and would recommend staying here.

The lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The place was clean and in a good and safe area. Staying here made my trip amazing!

Lovely little apartment within walking distance of the old town and all transport links. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, bed was very comfortable and the tea, coffee and water was very welcoming. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The apartment is spacious with a small balcony but with a lovely view and a well equipped kitchen. There is no 'reception' but the office is next door and staffed with very helpful bilingual staff in business hours.

Die Vermietung war sehr freundlich und hat sich gut gekümmert. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und super gelegen. Da das Apartment (Nr. 7) im Dachgeschoss lag, war es teilweise sehr warm.

Da sie keine Rezeption haben, musste der Check in online erfolgen. Dafür mussten wir ihnen einen Vertrag über eine Sicherheit für eventuelle Schäden in der Höhe des gesamten Mietpreises unterschreiben. Um dann überhaupt die Zugangscodes zu bekommen, musste zusätzlich der gesamte Mietbetrag vorher überwiesen werden. Die Badarmaturen waren in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Die Dusche war offensichtlich undicht,anstatt das zu reparieren haben sie einen Zettel an die Wand gehängt, das es extra zu bezahlen ist, wenn man den Boden mit dem Handtuch aufwischt. Aber das Schlimmste war der unerträgliche Gestank nach Fäkalien, der auch nach mehrstündigem Lüften und Raumspray ( im Appartement vorhanden, d.h. das Problem ist bekannt) nicht wegzubekommen war.Speziell im Schlafzimmer hatte man das Gefühl, neben einem offenen Abfluss zu liegen. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir das Appartement (ohne die Dusche zu benutzen) verlassen und haben uns ein anständiges Hotel gesucht.

We were staying in the rooftop apartment. The apartment was just perfect with two terraces (one smaller and one big rooftop terrace, both just for us). Also the apartment had everything that we needed for cooking, doing laundry etc such as small laundry detergents and soap for the dishes. The dish washer was a nice luxury. The apartment was spotless and we felt very much at home there. Could have stayed for longer than two days easily. Also, the receptionist gave us great tips for Valencia and was even easily reachable after the check in via text messages. Will stay here in the future when in Valencia.

soggiorno fantastico al tramontana appartaments! appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di asciugamani piccoli e da doccia, di condimenti per la cucina, di kit spugne e sapone per pulizia. condizionatore che funzionava perfettamente come tutto il resto degli elettrodomestici. tranne la lavastoviglie che non funzionava ma non è stato un problema, unica pecca il forno che non andava bene non cuoceva i cibi. per il resto tutto perfetto, posizione ottima nel centro storico Barrio del Carmen. personale cordiale preparato e gentilissimo

Good hotel for this price. Location is great. Clean and everything you need is in there. Not enough toiletpaper and the beds weren't so comfortable.
