Good job, good service, keep it up

Nice and good,very accommodating but the WiFi connection is poor.

Receptionist was kind; guards were courteous. the hotel was good for its cost. WiFi is only available in the lobby. TV has good selection of channel. it's near abreeza and redemptorist church. it would be a great addition if they can put a restaurant at the ground floor so that if guests leave early or arrive late they can still eat. but overall it was a great find.

The place is clean and accessible.

The place is quite near to different establishments but since located in the city expect moderate to heavy traffic especially during rush hour.

Our overall experience at Urban Living Zen Hotel was very great. A little suggestion though, it would be better if the WiFi connection can be reach inside the room instead of the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
