We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Loved the view

The staff at Coral Vista Del Mar helped make our stay very enjoyable. This is an older property with good sized units, next to a golf course, which was part of the attraction for us. Housekeeping was exemplary, as was the care taken on the grounds. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay as good as it can be.

although I arrived late in the evening, they claim to be open until 11PM, however I tried to reach the reception from 10:30PM to let them know I was going to be late and they never answered my messages or the phone. When I got there just before 11PM, they were completely closed so I could not even check into my room. I asked for a re-imbursement the next day and so far no credit. I would never recommend this hotel, even if they have a good rating from other clients. Brutal customer service

ME GUSTO MUCHO LA TRANQUILIDAD DEL LUGAR Y SU AMABILIDAD DEL PERSONAL

El ingreso estuvo bien, nuestra reserva ya estaba considerada y se nos paso a la habitacion. Un punto a considerar es que piden deposito en efectivo en garantía. La habitación es amplia para 6 personas, pero es muy caliente, los ventiladores y mini-split tardan mucho en refrescar la sala y habitacion de 2 camas. Los colchones requieren un cambio, son tan delgados que es como acostarse sobre la base. El area de alberca y chapoteadero muy comoda. Un detalle muy puntual es que nos toco llegar cuando el dueño del hotel organizo su fiesta de cumpleaños en el hotel, por lo que habia mucho ruido y era algo incómodo pasear por la alberca mientras llegaban invitados.

El hotel no tiene ningún letrero afuera y está complicado ubicarlo y cuando llame al teléfono de reservaciones tardaron mucho en contestarme y nunca pudieron ayudarme tuve que andar dando vueltas porque nadie ubica al hotel, deberían de estar más al pendiente, el primer día tuvieron un problema y nos dejaron sin agua en la habitación toda la mañana.

Bonito lugar, las habitaciones no eran como las fotos pero todo funcional, atención muy bien. El lugar está muy cerca de todo, playa y zona hotelera.

Muy incómoda la villa que me dieron hasta abajo, sin elevador, no me dieron llave de la entrada y cuando quise salir no había nadie que me abriera la puerta, y esto retraso mi salida y llegué tarde a mi evento, cuando pedí llave me dijeron que no sabían porque no había y no tenían ninguna para darme, al día siguiente la misma para salir un show porque tenía que andar buscando al encargado y nunca estaba en recepción, muy mala actitud y malos modos,parecía que me estaban regañando, y molestos todo el tiempo
