The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk every time to have it reprogrammed

Generally speaking, a decent hotel...Room is comfy, close to all the fun stuff in the historic neighborhood of Porto Alegre.....The surrounding neighborhood has some pretty sketchy parts, but the street folk aren't too annoying... I've seen far worse parts in other big cities in Brazil. This is pretty tame by comparison....Out time in PA is very brief. When we come back in the future, we'll definitely consider this place again.

we did not like TV and Internet

The tv was not good

O hotel segue o padrão excelente, mas no café da manhã a TV estava ligada com volume alto no canal de uma igreja transmitindo o culto. Foi muito desagradável, era 7h da manhã! Não sei qual objetivo daquilo mas repenso em ficar ali novamente.

O atendimento foi muito bom, equipe da cozinha nota 1000, Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel em si é bom, o que me incomodou um pouco foi a acústica do prédio, muito barulho vindo dos corredores, e do quarto de cima. Fora isso a estadia foi tranquila.

O quarto é bem básico, mas não tem onde pendurar toalha de rosto, nem de banho…só tem um suporte dentro do box. A cama é pequena. O café da manhã é razoável, tudo simples. O convênio com o estacionamento foi péssimo, foi indicação aqui pela plataforma do hotel mesmo e tivemos problemas. O estacionamento, embora seja 24h estava fechado e foi um transtorno conseguir sair. O cupom de desconto do hotel não foi válido, tivemos que pagar a diária cheia e ainda assim tivemos problema com a saída. Foi uma péssima experiência, chegando a ser revoltante.
