Hotel was not aware of my booking , it took more than a hour to confirm the booking. Hotel dont have a kitchen or restaurant why it was not mentioned while doing the booking through hotels.com team. Hotel staff is very good. For food tea etc faced trouble. If i had booked this room directly had got it on a very cheaper rate then the hotels.com. due to information not given by hotel.com regarding not availability of kitchen at the property, face big problem. No wifi
