The AC was humid, very dusty under the bed, over all okay for a one night but wouldn’t do it again

The hotel was good for the price. It has a restaurant inside so it makes it convenient to eat while you’re there. They offer a free breakfast which was tasty. The pool was great for the kids. However, inside the room they did not offer a refrigerator or microwave. They should really consider putting some in. The parking lot had ample space and it has security. Over all a good experience.

Gym wasn't available, they offer it online. Swimming pool was dirty and closed. They could be a little flexible about check in time.

Night shift attendant treated me like garbage, very unfriendly and unprofessional.

El Camino is a very nice place to stay in Reynosa. The staff are all very friendly and professional and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Room is cleaned immaculately everyday with fresh towels and linens. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a pool and fountain as well as a great gym. Excellent air conditioning. Parking is very convenient, covered and privately maintained at all times. Very safe. There is a restaurant attached that offers breakfast daily, but i did not use during my stay. My room had a very nice working refrigerator with freezer, as well as a nice microwave and coffeemaker. El Camino is a nice pleasant oasis to stay while visiting the beautiful city of Reynosa and is in a great central location with access close to many ammenities

I have stayed here twice now and both times it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The individuals who work there are very friendly and helpful, and both times they called a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning at my request. There is also a place immediately outside the hotel that serves delicious tacos -- perfect if you arrive later in the evening -- and a 7-11 down the street!
