When booking I specifically requested a double bed and received a booking printout stating that would be provided. Upon arrival at the Quest Hotel, I was provided a room with two single beds. Upon requesting a double as booked I was told ' none was available '. When attempting to settle for the night to sleep (badly needed) the single bed provided proved to be the most uncomfortable ever experienced. Having failed to rest as required and experienced, upon leaving the Quest, my complaint as above, to the receptionist was the source of amusement and laughter. A most dissatisfied client who expects a refund of all amounts paid for this debacle. Ralph Watkins.
