Everything & Everyone was special. The rooms were very clean, the service from the staff excellent and the food in the hire’s restaurant was amazing. We’ll definitely go back there next time we’re in Bucharest.

Great restaurant friendly staff. Rooms needs a bit of tlc and was too hot but didn’t detract from stay.

Just returned from a three night stay at this fantastic hotel. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Helped us a lot before we arrived and booked activities for our trip. The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location for exploring the city. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to Bucharest.

Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink

The desk clerks were so helpful with information about the area and maps. They carry your bags up to your room. The rooms are all theme rooms for different countries and time periods. We were in the French Provence room. Our friends were in the Meroc Room. So cool.

Lovely hotel great staff We were welcomed with chocs and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival as it was my partners birthday, this was such a nice touch Great night life in surrounding area and super friendly staff Our room was spacious and ver modern with tea and coffee making facilities and a well stocked mini fridge Would recommend!

Service and cleaniness are excellent. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but not very varied. Since the hotel is on the edge of the old town the neighbor restaurants can be noisy. The building has no elevator. You have to able to walk the stairs.

The rooms was beautiful and very clean. Bed linen was lovely and the bed comfortable. Also the bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly

The hotel was lovely, but unfortunately very noisy. One of the nearby bars/clubs played thumping base music until 5am, and I had a terrible night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff warm and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and well presented. It was just the bad nights sleep caused by a neighbouring business that ruined my stay

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. I am here for one more day and the staff has been so friendly and the rooms were super clean. I was here for my birthday and the hotel even brought me a bottle of champagne to my room on the house which was very unexpected and so nice. Its also in the center of lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return!

Very nice property in old town… which is not necessarily ideal given the amount of bars and clubs and restaurants which attract big crowds and noise. The hotel staff was very attentive and nice. I think that The Mansion is more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel - some little details were missing to merit the 4 th star (sewing kit, vanity sets, a walk in shower, etc.)

Room was beautiful and also very clean. Staff were very helpful, location is central to the old town Breakfast was so so, some fresh cut fruit would be nice (some apples and bananas on the side but that was about all). I was at the front so it was quite loud as it faced one of the main streets in the old town but i knew where i was staying so i knew it was likely to not be the quietest
