Everything was good

I was waiting the time to leave! Unfortunately i booked a non refundable rate (I prepaid from hotels.com) and i couldn't leave the day day after my arrival (I atrived at almost 4am, I contacted the support at 5am or even earlier). I called and asked before booking if they have a reception at my arrival time. They have a small desk with 2 guys changing shifts and none of them speaks English. One night they came to my room at 00:30 JUST to show the room to a lady!!! I was sleeping obviously, they woke me up and i was scared inside my room l

Super friendly staff and clean property. The location is very central especially if you are visiting for day of the dead festival- the parade is right next to this property.

The room was in good condition. They do have parking but they charge $100 MX Pesos for your stay. That is something they should openly say to avoid awkward surprises once you arrive.

Muy buena estadia, Excelente relacion calidad precio. Algo ruidoso en el exterior, pero es normal por la ubicación, que por cierto esta muy bien ubicado. Quiza, los colchones no estan muy buenos que digamos, pero pasa.

Obtienes lo que pagas y nada más. Mi check in fue después de las 5 y quien me atendió dejó MUCHO que desear. El cuarto estaba bien, a secas. They didn’t provided WiFi and then I tried to leave things in the luggage storage but it seems not secure for valuable things (laptop) because they don’t provide formal ticket or a way ro declare that I was leaving the laptop.

Great location. Great value for its price!

My stay at Suites Rio Elba was less than ideal. The persistent door-knocking was an unwelcome interruption, and the receptionist's constant financial concerns created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The two-week stay was marred by NO AC, non-functional INTERNET and room phone, making communication impossible. The only saving grace was the dedicated cleaning and security staff and the location. A reconsideration of management practices might improve the overall guest experience at this establishment. (The woman in reception) Avoid this place; it's a nightmare!!! And complaining will cause the receptionist lady saying: We don’t want you here, literally telling me to go?? There’s no one else who to talk to other than her unfortunately

The location of this facility is very convenient to the park and museums. The walk is fairly level and easy to stroll to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are very quiet. Never heard anyone else in the building even though they were there, judging by the garbage left out on pick up day. Daily maid service and fresh towels, fully furnished kitchen plus twice the square footage of the average hotel room included. Maintenance a little wanting but easy trade off for all the pluses. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is very appropriate, the customer service is good, the room is very well equipped. I recommend a stay at this place.

The place is in a perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Victor and Luis were wonderful. The room was so beautiful and super clean. We are definitely coming back to Rio Elba suites and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to CDMX.
