Ended up staying 2 nights.

My room key was not working, so they gave me a new room that was only available for 3 days. I paid for a 7 day stay and they automatically checked me out because the room was booked for another persons stay.

It was not a good experience. The linen was ripped. The room was very (very) dusty. I asked for two extra pillows and they didn`t put it in the room for me, even after my complains about the room. I had to go down to reception and take it myself, but both pillow covers were dirty. I won`t stay there again, the Hotel doesn`t follow IBIS standard.

Great hotel for a decent price. You can tell it was recently renovated/updated.

I do not speak the language but they do everything they can to accomodate. Food is ok and there is a great restaurant next door!

American hotel. It adds on parking, breakfast, internet. They do give you a free hour of wi-fi in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is next to the freeway and there is a big shopping mall close by. The hotel is new, but the bath design sloshes water all over thebathroom. You are always standing in water in the bath. We checked out a day early.

O hotel era o IBIS e se tornou AERA agora. Tem as mesmas características do IBIS, portanto quem ficou em um IBIS encontrará nesse hotel as mesmas condições e tratativas, inclusive os preços bem salgados das coisas no bar, tipo água a R$ 10,00. Atende perfeitamente expectativas de uma acomodação com praticidade, limpeza, localização e custo benefício. Não espere luxo ou atendimento diferenciado.
