A pretty old place but well kept. The Hotel staff is really very friendly. Everything starts from a pick up from bus station, to checked-in, room amenities & best is taking a dip at -6° + snowing at the outdoor hot spring Truly an experience & comform. The course dinner was alright but the buffet Breakfast was great. Glad tat I choose this hotel. Thank You for the hospitality.

Family ski trip. The hotel is across the road from Zao Chuo Ropeway and about 1 km from Zao Ropeway. Hotel provides pick up and drop off at bus terminal at arrival and check out. Futon style rooms are comfortable but toilets are small. Loved the outdoor onsen. Breakfast and dinner are provided. Overall, will stay again.

This hotel is under renovation and require to change hotel which wasting our time on the hotel transfer check-out and check-in of hotel. The location of the transferred hotel is rather far.

Hotel was cleaning, onsen was good and the dinner provided was not too bad. Service staff was really great and helped to clear the snow off the car and load our baggages. The cons were that the room was a little small for 5 people, and the futon provided was too thin (almost felt like I was sleeping directly on the ground).

温泉はとてもよかった。 食事は物足りなさを感じました。 スキー目的ならいいのかな？ 便座が温かくないのはつらい。

Breakfast better than dinner in variety . Housekeeping guy is so kind to return the left over T shirt while check out . Sulfur Onsen is very nice.

住宿環境整潔衛生， 距離便利商店和纜車中央口也非常近 工作人員非常積極熱忱， 但大廳總是充滿煙味，即使吸菸室也無法阻擋煙味飄散 雪具乾燥室空間不足，許多雪具只能隨便靠牆擺放

溫泉不錯～不過晚餐份量不太足夠～

量は丁度でしたが料理内容は肉がすこしかたかった 風呂すごくよかった

溫泉設備很有昭和風情，淡淡的硫磺香味，泡起來很放鬆很舒服。 服務很好，只要提前預約，接駁車隨時可以接送至藏王公車站，前台人員還會幫忙注意是否跟公車發車時間有銜接，相當方便。

エクスペディアの料金表示が分かりにくく、結果的に納得いかない値段での利用となった。施設は古くアピールポイントに縁日があると子供向けに期待したが、詐欺レベル。縁日サービスは無いと思った方がいいです

這裏真的太棒了～～服務相當好！離開時還會開車載我們回去客運站搭巴士，真的很貼心～～ 還有露天溫泉也好棒！！ 下次一定會再來住這裡，真的很值得！！

酒店室內及露天天然溫泉設施保養超好，乾淨，定時有職員檢查水質。職員服務友善，好客，晚餐份量略為不足，早餐非常出色。距離滑雪場非常近，酒店旁邊有裝備租用，大約只需5200yen便可租用snowboard/ skiing 裝備兩日 連滑雪鞋。另有滑雪衣著租用。住了4日3夜，每日都是吃完早餐，然後滑雪，接著回房間洗澡，穿浴衣去吃晚餐，最後休息一下便去浸溫泉消除整天的疲勞。

ゲレンデの目の前にある温泉旅館というだけで価値がある。その上料理やサービスも素晴らしい。

酒店鄰近巴士站，附近亦有便利店，到藏王山頂的纜車站只有5-8分鐘路程。 酒店內有大眾溫泉浴場，也可自費預約使用私人風呂，整體感覺非常舒適，酒店人員十分友善、有禮，超推薦
