Beware!! Not 3 star as listed!! No bar restaurant, bar, terrace or breakfast. It’s a 1 star hotel, and if you’re aware of that, it’s in a great location, 2 min walk to beach.

Just a very simple cosy room, great for a weekend stay and affordable.

The main issue is that the air conditioner didn’t work. This made the stay not great.

Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. Like I said - it’s great for the price (the room, safety, location, etc), but do not go in expecting a 5 star sweet. Overall, would totally stay again (as two young travelers)!

Nothing works - the AC, the WIFI.....no apologies either. Clearly, the hotel is popular because of its price - so perhaps it’s time to actually invest in some renovations, to bring the building and it’s amenities up to what they advertise it to be, at the very least! Dated and disappointing, hot, loud and unapologetic.

Has an excellent location for a decent money. The facilities were according to the price.

Dirty, blood stained sheets left on the bed for 8 nights despite several requests to change them. We had to shower in cold water for the last 4 nights because their boiler broke, no apologies or information offered. The rooms were not cleaned well and the breakfast was dreadful, toast and cornflakes for 10 mornings. Smelly staff in a dingy horrible hotel

People there so friendly, safe place ...good quality the service and prices.

Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Room booked had twin beds, private balcony looking down onto shops. Room basic, no phone, no tea making facilities, no mini bar or fridge. Main entrance to hotel seems to be left permanently unlocked - we checked in in the early hours and had to summon someone to the reception desk. A surly young man called Alex that greeted us with "you're too early",demanded the "tourist tax" there and then, I explained that I had no currency and he grudgingly agreed I could pay it the next day. He then presented me with a form in Spanish,So I asked if he had it in English, he said he didn't and that it was police requirement that I sign it. I then insisted that he translate it for me - he then grabbed a drawerful of these completed forms to substantiate his request. We were given our keys and directed to our room - no information was offered or provided about breakfast times or where it would be served.

Check-in Laut Expedia und online ab 14:00 Uhr!! Vorort aber ab 15:00 Uhr. Die Dame am Reception konnte weder Deutsch oder Englisch. Was die uns übermittelt konnte war nur das Chef 15:00 Uhr Check in gesagt hat.!! Zimmer sind klein und nicht sauber. Aufzug Passen gerade mal 2 Erwachsene rein. Lage war ok. Neben an ist eine Bar, bis 05:00 Uhr morgens gab's nur Krach. Wer entspannen möchte ist in diesem Hotel verkehrt...

Værelserne trænger til en kærlig hånd, døren til badeværelset kunne blandt andet ikke lukkes. Vi havde tre overnatninger og fik ikke skiftet håndklæder, selvom vi lagde dem på gulvet. God beliggenhed centralt i Can Picafort.

Hadde aircondition på rommet funket optimalt og det ikke var så lytt mellom rom hadde det vært full score. Det ga mersmak for oss og de behovene vi hadde for turen. Gode senger og godt trykk i dusjen. Hotellets beliggenhet var topp. Kort vei til alt. Vi kommer tilbake.

Insonorisation faible, on entendait tous les bruits, et notamment du bruit de paroles et de meubles déplacés (?) jusqu'à 2 h du matin. Personne à l'accueil à 11 h. pour remettre les clés et entendre nos doléances. Pas de chaînes françaises, nous avons demandé, une personne est venue, à fait quelque chose qui n'a pas marché. Je suis retourné la voir, elle devait repasser mais nous ne l'avons pas revue ! Heureusement, ce n'était que pour une nuit.

lo unico malo que añadiría y que en verdad es muy relevante es el hecho de que cogí la habitación con vistas al mar pagando más y nos pusieron en la planta 2. tecnicamente si se veía el mar, pero muy poco. el hotel parecía vacío así que podrían habernos puesto en una planta mas arriba
