Nice staff

The room was decent and spacious. TV wasn’t working at first but after a few troubleshooting tips from front desk it finally came on. Front desk staff at check in and check out were VERY RUDE!! At checkout the guy REFUSED to give me a receipt for my staff, only telling me it’ll be emailed to me later in the day. If you’re a Best Western Rewards member none of your extra perks will be offered here. Breakfast was offered 6:00-9:30a but didn’t try it.

Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. The building is a bit dated tho. Hard mattresses and old TV’s. The sink drain in our bathroom was very slow to drain and the shower had weak pressure. The rooms also have a Keurig but we couldn’t use ours as it looked like it had never been cleaned (had a used pod in it and was full of coffee grinds). Breakfast was edible.

Mary recommended restaurants and tourist places. She made our stay very enjoyable.

TV doesn’t work. Connection issue.

Great staff and clean facilities! A little out of the way but it was perfect for us for the week of the Superbowl and then to be near the airport when we are leaving

Very close and convenient to the Airport

I felt unsafe taking a shower. The tub was slippery, and unsafe to shower. They need to safeguard that tub. The towels did not look white. They look dingy. What ever you are washing your sheets and towels with does not smell fresh. I had to spray the sheets & towels with my body spray each night because I was getting ill from the smell. There were not enough warm covers on the bed.
