We stayed in September. Great area around hotel, restaurants, grocery stores and bakery. Staff friendly and helpful. It was great breakfast with sea view. We rent car for a few days to see island and glad that we stayed in Kamari. It’s not too crowded, we wish we can stay little bit longer.

The service and friendliness was excellent. The location is perfect, 25 meters from the beach, with their own lounge chairs and service delivery. Having outside breakfast with an ocean view and freshly made omelets is unforgettable. We had a wonderful relaxing time at Crystal Blue

The staff was fabulous, nothing is too much. Just wonderful people taking care of guests at a wonderful property, located right on the beach. well recommend the place!

Staff very helpful when booking trips and taxis. They came with us to the transport meeting points. Great location on the beach. Breakfast also great choices and views of the sea. Would defiantly book this hotel again if we can get in! Loved it

Clean property, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous location on Kamari beach. Note the property does not have parking and you will need to use public or private lots in the area - this wasn’t an issue for us end of Sep. Renata and Antonio are gems and appreciated their hospitality. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Property was beautiful, clean and on the beach. It’s exclusive beach chairs available for guests free of cost. The staff was outstanding, catering to all our needs. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us navigate Santorini. The included was plentiful and delicious. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great staff and really nice place to stay

Our recent stay at the hotel was an enjoyable experience overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful, offering a good variety of options, and the views from the property were truly breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to try the lunch service, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and presentation. Although we encountered a minor issue with the bathroom, the team was quick to respond and made every effort to resolve it as soon as possible. Their attentiveness was much appreciated. Despite the small hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return in the future.

We had such a fantastic stay here! It's such a relaxing location & hotel. Its beautifully decorated and staff are really kind, friendly and helpful. We loved how close the room was to the pool (we were room B). Great having pool towels provided & even bath robes & slippers in your room. Breakfast was amazing and you can sit over looking the sea while you eat. We booked a catamaran cruise up to Oia to swim / snorkel in the sea and watch the sunset. Reception were really helpful in organising this for us & even walked us to the meeting point. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

My family and I stayed for a week over three rooms, the staff are so helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Bar was great service great although is a little pricier than others, but you are really looked after. Our room did have a funny smell which hotel dealt with straight away.

Let me start off by saying that I haven’t been this relaxed in years! Yes Thira is absolutely gorgeous but we all know that. What made our stay truly special was Santorini Crystal Blue and its team! Starting with Renata. She was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Vasilis is a life saver! He did me a huge favor and was able to add the finishing touches to my proposal (she said yes!). Antonio and his son served us great food all throughout our stay. And last but not least, Dimitri made us feel right at home and also served us great drinks! The hotel is in a beautiful location on Kamari beach next to a beautiful mountain. The ocean was really refreshing. I can go on and on. I highly recommend this hotel. We WILL come back one day. Sooner rather than later, but hopefully with a family of 5!

Beautiful property, amazing hosts, the most delicious food! Anthony and Dimitri were so sweet and amazing hosts, Renata was so sweet, scheduled all our transportation ! Highly recommend this property !

I recently stayed at the Santorini Crystal Blue Hotel, drawn in by its impressive rating of 10 points. However, I was surprised by the condition of the hotel, which I would rate around a 6 or 7. The hotel is quite old and not well maintained. The furniture felt cheap and dated, which impacted our overall comfort. Additionally, we experienced plumbing issues in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The breakfast offered limited choices, although the quality of the food was good. On a positive note, the beach was beautiful, and having dedicated sunbeds for guests was a great perk. The team at the hotel was truly commendable; they did everything possible to support us and ensure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, while the beach and the dedicated staff were highlights, the condition of the property did not meet our expectations based on its rating. I hope management considers improvements to enhance the guest experience.

An amazing property located right on the beautiful Kamari beach. A very friendly and accommodating staff that felt like an extended family while we stayed there. Food at this hotel was really good, which they also conveniently serve on the beach. Outside of the hotel, there’s a ton of nice restaurants and food options, but our favorite restaurant on the strip was Almira restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Blue and overall experience on Kamari beach, which IMO is the nicest beach on the island. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The entire staff at this property were so friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was good. Loved that we could get something to eat or drink down by the beach. Room was plain, but comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much.
