I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hop Inn Ermita Manila. The hotel is clean, safe, and conveniently located in the heart of Manila, close to restaurants, convenience stores. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was simple but modern, and well-maintained including good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room tidy during my stay. Overall, Hop Inn Ermita is a great budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a clean and reliable place to stay in Manila. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The receptionist had no smile at all. No amenities in the room. As long as we are staying the bathroom is never cleaned only the bed is cleaned.

Hotel does not have an inhouse house keeping service. We had to wait for 5-6 hours for an early check in. Ac is not cold.

Walking distance to Manila Bay Walk. Many restaurants near by. The room was new, clean and neat. The staffs were all nice and friendly. I'm satisfied with Hop Inn. Recommend for those who want a place in Malate. Thanks.
