Un lugar muy tranquilo, lleno de naturaleza y el sonido del río que lo hace más relajante. No me gustó la posición del tele en la habitación 202, casi en el techo, como sugerencia deberían bajarlo un poco! Lo demás excelente

The grounds are very beautiful. That was probably the best part for me. Our room left some to be desired. Whim comfortable enough it could definitely use some renovations. Our view was of the laundry are in the back of the office building.breakfast had only 2 options but it was sufficient. While walking distance to town it's a good 20 minutes so keep in mind for rainy or really hot days. Best part was definitely the pools(clean) and grounds which has beautiful plant life and birds. Staff was friendly and nice too. For the price this hotel was sufficient.

Wow, just wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Grounds are gorgeous! The sound of the river and the rainforest while lounging in the pools felt like heaven. The pool area is beautiful. The restraunt and staff top notch. El Salto swing a 5 minute walk away. This is where you want to stay. We will be back.

We loved our stay. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Liked having a restaurant on the property and how close it was to town, yet secluded and quiet. Highly recommend. Also recommend Pure Trek for canyoning and Arenal Mundo Adventura for Zip Line. Wished the kitchenette was more equipped with utensils for cooking like large spoon, spatula, mixing bowl, knife, etc.

Our room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Overall the rooms are quite dated but it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they allowed us to store our bags and use the pool while we waited for our room. The breakfast was good and substantial and our dinner there was excellent. There was no safe in our room which we would have appreciated. The grounds were absolutely stunning and well cared for. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Very nice property with beautiful landscape. They have a restaurant with complimentary breakfast. The room could use blackout curtains and softer beds but overall we were comfortable.

This hotel provided us with a great stay :) Air conditioning that worked great in the bedrooms, daily cleaning services, kind staff and a great location - walking distance to the El Salto rope swing. We enjoyed many hours at the pool and loved the included breakfast each morning.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Beautiful property. Feel like you are starting by yourself in the jungle.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was super clean and spacious. Bathroom had a stand alone sink so needed to improvise for my things but was ok. Amazing grounds!! Wonderful attentive staff.

They put a lot of money in making the resort presentable (plants, landscaping, pool, jacuzzi), but the room lacks basic necessities - NO PLACE to hang clothes. Because La Fortuna rains so often, you definitely will need to hang your stuff to dry, and there wasn't even a hanger or a closet. We finally had to ask for 2 lawn chairs. Water service also stopped with no warning at least 3 times (though each time didn't last too long) during the short stay (3 days) we had there.

The room was modest but cozy. Very spacious though. The pool area was huge and even nicer than the photos! We had dinner at the restaurant one night, and it was very good.

The hotel was nice and clean the restaurant was delicious and had a good breakfast. The pools were clean and well maintained. We stayed in a basic room my suggestion would be for them to add towel racks or hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom once you are done using them.

Very nice place

The grounds were most beautiful. A true feel of nature with small tributaries and a jungle like feel. The rooms are a bit dated and could use an extra mirror as the only one was in the bathroom. Overall, I loved it. The food was very good and we loved our waiter Fabian. The front desk was always helpful and they also had a laundry service that we were very happy to use.

Design of the place and very clean .

The hotel is in a beautiful tropical garden. The cabins are spacious and well equipped. The staff and the manager are very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
