All was great, used the Spa 3 times

Although food was buffet style the quality was good and choice plentiful.

Very much the all inclusive. If your wanting the explore than this is probably not the hotel for you. With a pool, bar and all the bars and restaurants close by for a relax by the pool holiday.

We arrived at the hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but within minutes everything turned into a nightmare. After checking in and going up to our room, we discovered that my wife had come down with chickenpox. We were honestly shocked and immediately concerned—not just for ourselves, but for the hotel staff and other guests. Trying to do the responsible thing, I rushed downstairs and explained the situation calmly to the manager. I asked if we could check out right away and get a refund, since staying would risk spreading infection. Her response? A flat, instant refusal. No empathy, no concern, nothing. Instead, she told us to just stay in the room until checkout—as if potentially exposing others was acceptable. We were put in an impossible position. Do we stay and risk other people’s health, or leave and lose our money? In the end, we chose to do the right thing and leave immediately. £250 for less than 2 hours, and not even a hint of understanding or basic human decency. Absolutely appalling experience. It’s not just about the money—it’s the complete lack of care for guests and public health. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.

Hotel was lovely. The welcome on arrival was great. Room was nice although booked a twin and got a double so had to get that changed (cleaning staff not helpful so had to ring reception). The hotel has a nice pool area and the indoor pool was great for when it was raining. Staff were friendly. Good location as you can walk along the front to the harbour or get a bus. Big downside of this hotel is the quality of all inclusive drinks and food. It’s all the cheap (not local) products. Not even local beers (Keo, Leon) are included. For those you need to have the premium wrist band. The all inclusive spirits are like paint stripper. Food ok but not amazing considering the price.

The room was a bit “tired” and could do with updating. The coffee mugs in the room were terrible, one was so dangerous without a handle. It was too hot to hold it, & the other one had a very high handle so it easily slipped and tipped !

Food services were excellent. Availble all day and night from different parts of the hotel. Hotel itself was very good, from the pools to restaurants to the activities available. However i would say the rooms are not up to modern standard. While nice and clean, there was definite signs of aging.

Our stay is was exceptional! The staff was so kind, helpful and fun! The staff at the hotel lobby bar was the greatest! We stay in one of the free standing huts with a pool and it was amazing room 008 to be exact! Amazing location to the pool and the beach, which was stunning and so peaceful, with easy access to the bars and restaurants! The location of the resort was perfect with enough right outside the main entrance to eat and shop at with a quick taxi or bus wide to downtown Pafos! The Old market in old Pafos is worth the trip as well! Highly recommend staying here if you looking for a relaxing and adult only holiday!

Everything was great!

We were upgraded and had a glorious view from both rooms in the suite. However, this is supposed to be an adults only resort but our room faced the sister hotel and even from the 6th floor we heard screaming children until 10:30pm at night. Just dreadful and sad really. The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded. The beach is tiny but there are loungers and it's quiet over there. Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with this resort having been to many in the past. The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat. So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once. Nice service by the staff. All the bars seemed unwilling or unable to make any kind of frozen cocktails/smoothie of any kind, alcohol or virgin. When we said we didn't drink alcohol they basically replied, you can have 7Up or Coke, those types of things. Also, the juices are not fresh nor pure. Such a shame. Never been to a resort that didn't have crushed ice. I think for a basic packaged holiday it is OK.

Great hotel, we stayed in one of the bungalows with hot tub. The room was great with views over the pool to the sea. The hot tub and terrace had loungers and chairs so you could lay in the sun in the privacy of your own space or wander over to the pool area. The staff were really helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!

Lovely room although very noisy, late at night, when hotel next door were clearing their bottles. Staff were excellent, could not do enough for you. Entertainment was ok although to my taste. Plenty of sunbeds available. Food options were very good.
