Quick and easy check-in and checkout

Easy location to universities, hotel was dirty in hallways and common areas, odd smell in halls, rooms generally were clean but the chair in our room was so stained that it needed replacing (and not to be used). Road noise was bad. Maybe a room that went street facing would be better.

Overall ok experience

Front desk was not helpful. I asked for extra blankets for my child and was told there was none. There was no alternatives offered. When I asked for extra towels I was told to find housekeeping. Housekeeping was fantastic. Came and helped immediately. Food services staff were very polite and welcoming.

I’m not the type to write a bad review, but if you are paying $150 a night I personally would like to know what I’m paying for. Overall the staff seemed sweet and helped me out as needed. My room was personally not very clean. The sheets were, but the shower, bathroom floor, carpets, remote and furniture I barely wanted to touch. It was also very loud all night in the room above me, but i don’t think it was people staying, I think it was cleaners or maybe they are working on the rooms above me but there was none stop stomping upstairs from 6pm-7am. Again I think overall it was ok, but I think the cleanliness needs to be work on.

Food was good, staff good, cleaning poor. Fire alarm 2 nights in a row. (One of them for no reason)

The problem we had is that the toilet flushing mechanism was broken. The toilet would flush, but you had to manually flip it up so the water would stop running in the bowl. I did tell the front desk whrmen we checked out.

Bed is so comfy

I had no hot water in shower. Informed desk staff and nothing was done or offer made to remedy issue. Bathroom not the cleanest.

Recommend this place. Very clean, big room and offers everything your basic needs; EV charging, hot breakfast with bacon and omelet. Will stay in this hotel again.

The room was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious. We even got toothbrushes at the front desk. The hotel is on the main road but convenient to all the sights and shopping areas. The only issue is that when someone is walking in the room above you, it’s very loud. Luckily, it was very quiet by 10 pm and for the rest of the night. If you like quiet, I recommend you request a room on the top floor and also not facing the main road. It’s walking distance to a beautiful waterfall and hiking.

This shower was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. Very impressed.

Base of toilet had a nasty 1” band around it that couldn’t possibly be cleaned. Poor routine maintenance. Walk-in shower same story. Shabby but nice enough exterior.

Very comfortable, chain hotel in busy area with lots of shopping and restaurant options, yet close to both colleges. Clean, comfortable, and affordable at this mid-winter lower price. Prices in the summer and fall are much higher and I probably wouldn't pay them to stay here.

Dirty and the staff was not professional at the desk.

The only issue I had was that they had a very small parking lot.

Clean, quiet and convenient.
