Very nice and friendly staff

El personal muy atento, front desk excelente. La habitación limpia. Ubicación excelente!

No había tapa del inodoro. No estoy segura de si la quitaron porque los locales las roban, pero pedí que me la cambiaran y nadie lo hizo.

Wanted to live the small hotel but cannot recommend. Room was moldy with bathroom ceiling covered in black mold and ceiling peeling off. Room was tiny and not as advertised. Worst however was staff refused to control guests and we literally had guests screaming and telling and slamming doors like it was a police bust going down until 1am. There is no insulation in property so it was impossible to sleep and downright scary at times with the men booming throughout the hotel.

Good location

Great location. Walking distance to the heart of the city. I really appreciated the covered parking and the free continental breakfast. The restaurant was very good and inexpensive. The terrace was not completed but me and my friends enjoyed a late night get together on it. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Dont let the old street it is on fool you or scare you. During the day it is bustling with retail and restaurants. Yes, I would stay there again.

Calidad de la habitación, tenia parches de humedad en el plafon, las sábanas tenían marcas de quemaduras por plancha y tenia manchas, no había plancha, burro de planchar ni secadora de cabello. En general las instalaciones están bien, pero podrían mejorar mucho

Me gustó, todo muy limpio y la atención de las recepción y camareros excelente, los alimentos muy bien preparados

En buena zona y de fácil acceso

Lo único que no fue agradable fue que las llaves de la regadera no cerraban bien y todos los días había agua desperdiciandose, se reportó a recepción y solo pusieron una toalla para no escuchar que goteaba. De todo lo demás, excelente servicio.

Dos aspectos a mejorar: 1. Los baños son de piso muy resbaloso, Peligroso sobre todo para adultos mayores. Hacen falta tapetes rígidos 2. Durante la limpieza los empleados hacen mucho ruido en hora temprana

Habitaciones limpias

Limpio, buen ambiente, se respira seguridad, céntrico, super bien ubicado.... le doy un 9/10
