Too much noise

1) no me asignaron el cuarto con 1 cama, me dieron otra recámara con 2 camas. 2) mala actitud de la chica de reservaciones, muy déspota 3) no servía la caja fuerte 4) la ventana no servía, tuve que cerrarla con diurex de mi comida y como no estaba bien cerrada, se escuchaba muchísimo ruido de la calle. 5) el hotel muy sucio, cabellos en la cama y pido y paredes sucias 6) nada es culpa de ellos todo es culpa de las plataformas de reserva.

Close to a highway, incredibly noisy. We were in the ground level next to the dinning room area, good luck trying to sleep past 7am.

EL hotel esta bastante bien, comodo, lo unico malo es que como fue temporada alta, ya no tuvieron lugar de estacionamiento y nos solicitaban que nos estacionaramos sobre la calle, lo cual no nos daba mucha seguridad.

Pix are not fom that location, misleading travellers. WI-FI not reliable. Dirty floors. Very noisy, no sound insulation.

Buen service y un lugar limpio

For the price the hotel was good We had an issue with the safe - didn’t work. Receptionist only speaks Spanish but we did communicate with the translator:) No refrigerator but I guess it wasn’t promised :)

Very disappointing service from Front Desk, Room was dirty, pillows not confortable and maintenance needed,room not so big. For price would be better to stay in other hotel

Good value for the price The hotel needs renovations but it is well located, close to shopping centers, and with main avenues.

Las habitaciones estaban sucias, no había shampoo para bañarte, las toallas estaban sucias el piso con basura No tienen estacionamiento amplio tienes que dejar las llaves para que ellos estacionen los coches porque solo tienen estacionamiento de elevador de coches, el desayuno fatal muy mal organizado

Liked the property, staff was incredibly nice.

Loved that this was a good quiet not so expensive hotel, and also the staff was very amicable and helpful.

Not bad for a day If you plan just sleep. But if you plan to stay some time in the facility, I will recommend anither type
