Breakfast was excellent as was the proximity to the Latin quarter.

This was the best breakfast we’ve had in Ireland with made to order omelettes. Thank you. We stayed in room 8 which had beds for up to 4 people. It was a compact space with low ceilings. Everything worked fine although being a taller person had its challenges. The shower was especially confining but the water pressure and temperature were both good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a good selection and very delicious. The location was convenient for us. (@ 10 minutes to Eyre Square and area). We had the top floor room (quadruple room but three beds) which meant a lot of stairs (28 each way) each time we left the room. The shower is very small so that would be an issue for a larger/taller person. (@ 2 feet x 2 feet). The room was nice and bright from the skylights and the cross breeze when the windows were open was refreshing. There is a lot of electrical outlets available and a useful shelf above the heads of the beds. Would recommend this place. 😊

Breakfast was nice. Really a no-frills but perfectly adequate room. Would recommend if you’re not looking for a romantic getaway but just need a place to sleep at night.

This is a B&B where the owner is proud and rightly so. The property is lovely and compact. Wouldn't want to live their but it's great for an over night job. Nice breakfast room and hot or cold options. My only niggle is the walls are not sound blocking. A room near mine had a heavy snoring guy. But other than that excellent place

The location was very walkable to the Eyre Square and the surrounding town. The room was clean and cozy too.

The room was small and the bed linen had seen better days. The staff were ok but the bathroom was ridiculously small. It was a struggle to get in and out the shower and nowhere to put anything in the bathroom.

Very old room with uncomfortable bed and small bathroom. We were room one so heard everyone coming and going. Not too far from town so easy walk. The staff was nice and helpful

I adored the hotel which is good located, close to the city center. The room was comfortable, clean and amazing. The owner was quite kind and friendly. Moreover, the breakfast was also of quality. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I read reviews that had a lot of positive comments, I’m not sure why. The beds were old squeaky and saggy. The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller, the shower even smaller still. Breakfast was an add on.

Cute little place. Room was sufficient for a one night stay. Loved the fact that it was so walkable to the main town square, but was also quiet outside of the main part. Staff was very friendly
